USBank is very difficult to deal with. They have policies and they adhere to them no matter what. My wife and I received a tax refund check and we both went in to the bank together. USBANK refused to cash the check. We had to go to another bank to get it cashed. That is the reason I am closing my account.
Seriously, I don't know why bank tellers expect to keep a job in this time people use ATMs and I go inside and ask a question and they have an idea that I am asking a service or go inside just for the heck of it when I'm with my daughter... Yes, I can "just pull money out of the ATM". If you are going to answer questions that are sub Par answers then I'm not going to use your branch or feel sorry that you don't stay around when your competing bank is next door!
