Went in to make some simple changes to my account, walk in with no appointment, and Jared helped me within 5 min. He was very personable and informed me of all the amazing perks and rewards with their checking accounts, no fees which I'm currently paying $12 a month at Wells Fargo, cellphone insurance AT NO COST!, identity theft..... it earns reward points and More!!! He was very passionate about their credit union and explained how they are there for their customers and not for profit. I had an amazing experience and will be sending all my friends and family to see Jared in SLO!!!

Went into my local branch today to open a simple savings account. I stood in the lobby got a couple minutes, the lady behind the new account desk didn’t acknowledge me. Finally I approached her desk. I was immediately informed I had to “sign in”, no hello, no welcome to SESLOC, just “You have to sign in”. I signed in and the video prompter indicated that no one was ahead of me. The lady behind the desk came out and grilled me about my proper documentation to open an account then stated I had to wait in the lobby even though she wasn’t helping anyone. I sat down and waited for about 5 minutes until another lady came out and said as a courtesy she was letting me know that I was going to have to wait because I didn’t have an appointment. I told her the video prompter indicated no one was ahead of me, to which she replied I needed to wait until the people who made appointments were done. Still no “hello” just “you’ll have to wait”. I got up to leave, looked around, saw two account employees and only one other person in the lobby. Very frustrating experience!!!
I switched all my banking over to them, positive people, good customer service and growing service offerings. Deyanira Garcia has been a blessing to work with. Actually remembered me, helped navigate the loan process and added a human level to a transaction. Will continue banking here!

These guys financed my first car, came in every month and saw Christina every time. She's without a doubt one of the most knowledgeable tellers I've ever dealt with. She's always got a smile on her face and she's always willing to go the extra mile! So satisfied with this branch. 10/10 would recommend.
I have been a Member of Sesloc over 20 years ! Their Member Representatives are Excellent !! Several times now I have been waited on by Representative Jean Hollet. They are Lucky to have this lady working for them !! Jean is Very Professional, Courteous and Patient with us Senior Citizens. This is an Excellent employee !! Treat her well Sesloc !! 5 STARS all around !!
The staff at my local branch are great, but today when I looked at my accounts on their website I was aghast! My mortgage had disappeared - zero balance, and instead I had a huge "overdraft" for the amt the mortgage should have been. I went into the local branch and was told I should go online and "rename" my accounts so that they were correct. I told them the problem needed to be solved where it was created - their web site.
6-4-19 after our very bad experience at the San Luis Obispo office.that there manager Michaeldidn't give us the time of day.to my husband Victor Herrera and my self.that we felt discriminated against.We drove to there office in Arroyo Grande and what a difference wow night and day.we signed in we were asked what we needed.and asked for someone that spoked spanish for my husband.they said of course one of there teller spoke spanish.we were helped by her very nice answered all our questions.teller said she was new there.we thanked her and God for her. I am a US citizen but my husband is not he doesn't understand english.but we are in a country that is full of Spanish speaking people hard working and save there money in bank's.come on get bilingual personal.what happened to us in there office in San Luis Obispo office is sad and bad but it's there management.look into it CEO seriously. Everyone should be in a credit union. You get better service and they can do anything a bank does.
