WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION Absolutely horrible experience. I'll just say that I have been going here for years never had an issue. But all of a sudden when I speak highly of panda express this happens. I place a pick up order and arrive after the scheduled time for pick up only to be met by side ways glances. They had not even started the food that I ordered online. After an employee notified me about this I thought they would make the food; but they didn't. They kept on serving people in line until I was the only one in the store that hadn't been served. Essentially putting me at the end of the line. What horrible service! I already was delayed!!! Why delay me further??? Then they skimped on one of the entrees and instead of complaining I just asked for an additional entree of that meat. The employee told me to get back into line! Behind another costumer that came behind me!! What the heck?!?? Just serve me my entree please? After he took his sweet time he decided to again skimp the additional entree in the separate box! He didn't fill the extra box! I asked if he could at least fill the box and he shook his head! Worst customer service ever!!!! The employee Luke needs a demotion,re-education of Panda Express core values or permanent termination!!!! Will NOT BE COMING HERE AGAIN! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I’ve been here several times before..the two positives of this place is the food is fresh when we go or if we want a fresh made dish they don’t hassle us. The negative was today. The rice and noodles were barely filled up initially, I had to ask for the lady to fill it how they usually do. She said “oh they get mad at me”. I let her know I have no issue speaking to the manager. What she did instead was pour out some rice and add some noodles. What!? Lol. I made sure to sit in front of the cashier watching the subsequent 20 people have their bowls and plates filled to the top. I’ve never interacted with this lady before, I was kind upon approach, I’m not sure what justifies this type of behavior. $12.43 for a 3 item plate.

Love this Panda. Always fully stocked fresh food, and very helpful and friendly staff. I've never had anything bad here, and you can ask fir a sample if you're not sure what you want.Food: 5/5

No food, no service. They close early. Had to go to the one in la Habra off beach blvd. Great food great service and was opened til 9:30. We got there at 7pm. Plenty of parking, fast and friendly people, spent under $30. for 3 people. Food: 1/5

If you haven't tried panda express. There's no time like the present. Quality food at a good price. I have found this location to have a very positive atmosphere.

On March 20th 2023 I went to the LA Habra store at 5 pm. They were not busy. I ordered 2 items Orange Chicken and Kung Pow Chicken. Rice noodles and a side if a new item Sizzling Shrimp. We live 5 minutes away, by the time I got home most was all cold. Orange Chicken was cold and not much flavor. Kung pow Chicken was good but cold. My wife tasted the shrimp and said it smelled like it was not fresh, she threw all away. Something is wrong, use to be fresh and good flavor. That will be my last time at this store, other local Chinese restaurants are much better.

Do you want to eat burnt chow mein? I didn't. But that's what I got. I love this place usually. Its usually not bad at all but I received my 3 entree plate tonight with my 2 kids and got burnt chow mein in the container that is mixed into the rest of the chow mein which makes it all inedible. We noticed it only when we got home unfortunately. My kids eat everything and they wouldn't even eat it. What a waste of food and money! I work hard, especially now, and this is not how I want to spend my money. Do yourself a favor and watch what they put in your food when you go so you make sure it's not inedible for you like it was for us. Very sad Panda. Do better. Pulled a few pieces out for everyone to see. But most of the bottom looked like that and tiny parts were mixed in making it all have the burnt taste.

My Regular order is chow main and fried rice for everywhere in the world but this location is different there staff here is not helpful nearly told me to get outFood: 1/5

I'm not vegetarian! I ordered broccoli beef and received 90% broccoli and 10 % of beef. They are accepting order and pick up only so, I can't see how they're putting food to my tray. They are abusing the system right now. This is so terrible!

This location never serve the right portion. No wonder people go to other location or other privately owned place.
