So disappointed with the quality of canes is bad now. If I’m gonna pay so much for a combo I expect to get the normal amount of the food I paid for not halfs. I’ve been giving them chance after chance and every time I go the chicken gets smaller. I’m not sure if it’s the location specifically but I won’t give it another chance. I love Cane’s but I won’t pay over 30 dollars for the 2 meals we usually get for this tiny chicken fingers. And don’t even get me started with how they have my the drink! Also missing a lot!!!! I hate complaining but someone had to say it.
When I think of things I expect from a fast food establishment, Raising Cane's misses the goal line. First, fast food should be fast. The line for this location was down the street, which would make sense for an In-and-Out because they make everything made to order and have several options. RCCF has chicken tenders and fries. A little investment in technology could be a solution for the long waits. Options are important. The chicken itself doesn't have much flavor without the sauces, and there is not much variety. I had Dave's Hot Chicken recently and tried 5 different and flavorful options. Perhaps it's time to revisit the recipe or offer more options for spicy chicken lovers. Service should be a cornerstone. Obviously giving opportunities to young adults or high school students is fantastic for posterity, but only when phenomenal customer service is included does it also help customers have a memorable experience. Definitely work to be done here.
Food is always fresh out of the fryer, and they get it ready super quick. Great ambience when dining inside, and the workers are always so very friendly. Giving this place a 8/10 just because their app doesn't give you priority over the customers ordering inside. So it's better to buy at the register, rather than order ahead through the app.
Stopped in for a bite to eat. We were a little early in the day 12pm. Not packed, but busy. The drive through was busy, so we went inside. Ordered the "Caniac Combo" 6 pieces of Chicken, Fries, Slaw. We opted to exchange the fries for a extra Slaw. Shared a lemonade. Lemonade was delicious, and refreshing. Running around doing chores, it hit the spot. The meal was good. Nothing out of this world good, but tender, and Jucy. I think for the price..the pieces of Chicken could be either larger, or perhaps throw in two more pieces. Wish the parking was better. Seemed every spot was taken. We got lucky, as someone was pulling out. Would definitely go back.
SAUCE IS BOMB DOT COM! This was my first time trying raising canes and I was super impressed with the sauce! I like how peppery they are and totally fits the taste of the chicken. The chicken tenders however, are not as tender as what chick fil a has. I give this place a 5 star rating because it's clean, vibrant, and it provides a good diner experience overall! If you like raising canes, you probably wanna come visit this place. They have drive thrus too!
Raising canes is fabulous! Great food! Great service, always greeted with a smile & the music is awesome. Chk it out , u won't b disappointedFood: 5/5
First time at Cane's and it was pretty good. The chicken was ok, it lacked flavor and the breading was falling off before I even touched it. I'm guessing it was due to still have a lot of oil from the fryer. But the flavor was missing. The Texas toast, fries and sauce were good just hoped the same flavor consistency translated over to the chicken. Everyone gets a bad batch every now and then that turn us away from a place but like I said it was possibly due to just coming out of the fryer. I will be back to try it again and give an updated review, but for now this place still deserves a good rating. The staff was very friendly and were constantly cleaning tables and the floor which I appreciate greatly.
I was fascinated at the atterntion this location gets throughout the weekend. THe line literally wraps around into the street. In order to park and dine in, you must wait in the drive thru line first. one you drive in more closer to the drive thru, you can route to the parking lot which there is never parking. Good thing or Bad thing? I look at this as a good thing because Raising Canes provides many parking paces they are just very popular and high in demand. There Menu is very simple and straight to the pint. Kind of reminds me of a In-n-Out. Only difference is , the different culture of food. Everything on the menu is to die for. Just make sure you orders enough magic sauce because the portions are small and must be paid for. other than that great place, great vibes, Great food!
First time eating here and I really don't get the hype. Went through the drive through, fortunately it was off hours so it went quick. The chicken was wet from the sealed packaging, so not at all crispy. Tasted fine, but nothing special. Fries were bland and soggy. Only one sauce offered and it was really so so. Cole slaw was good. Texas toast was pointless and tasteless...just filler.
Raising cane is overrated, but the customer service sure isn't. Especially this location! Amazing staff that enhances the flavor.Food: 3/5
