I must say that they are the BEST!!! I was at church cleaning with bleach and after 3 hrs I realized my ring was severely tarnished!!! I brought my ring to the Patrick Henry Pandora store and Jessi explained the process and that it was going to take a few days!!!!  I must say, THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! They restored my ring back to its natural state!!  Just be honest about what happened and they will be honest with you!!!! Thank you so much Jessi!! I am forever grateful!!! *Note to everyone, take your ring off using ANY chemicals!! Even peroxide!!!

Tenea was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She was patient and understanding, and took the time to explain the various options available to me. Her enthusiasm and passion for her job was evident, and she made sure that I was happy with my purchase before I left. I am so thankful for her help and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a great shopping experience.

Today was birthday Tenea was phenomenal she help me from start to finish she helped me customize my bracelet. She was very patient and I highly recommend her. If I could rate her customer service higher than a 5 stars I would.

The staff here is always friendly and helpful. This made for a quick and smooth transaction.  This was just one of the many visits at this location and I will keep going back!

Trish did a great job of answering my questions in early June when I bought the Avengers charms and necklace. Today I bought some rings and some spacers for the necklace. I an really happy with the sales ladies. They answered my questions and helped find more spacers. I will be going back!! Thank you all for your help!!

This visit was awesome! Jesse helped us pick out the perfect gift for our daughter's 21st birthday. We will certainly be back. Thank you Jesse!!!

This store is absolutely amazing . The manager Jess and the staff Tamiesha and Brittany made a last minute pickup process so easy ! Truly amazing !

I had an amazing experience shopping at Pandora.  Jessi the Manger there was so helpful with helping me pick out the charms for my bracelet.  I definitely will be returning here again.

The location had a lot of activity. Jessi was very patient and informative. This was my first time shopping at Pandora. You have a customer for life!
