I went to pick up gifts I had ordered online and the male associate asked for my ID. I gave it to him. He thoroughly examined it front and back. Handed it back and said he was looking at it weird because there was something sticky on the back. I examined the back and there was nothing sticky on it. Weird. Then I asked about the exchange policy because one of the gifts I wasn’t sure was the right size. He said they could be exchanged. He handed me the bags and as I was about to leave, he stopped me to explain the return policy. He said that if the products were returned, the money would go back to the card on file and not be given as cash or a gift card. Weird. I never asked about a return policy, only exchange. I bought GIFTS so I really don’t care if they were thrown in the ocean after I give them hence why I didn’t ask about a return policy. He was speaking to me as if I didn’t purchase the items with MY OWN CREDIT CARD which he could’ve asked for to verify that I actually purchased the items. The entire encounter made me feel uncomfortable. I felt as if he treated me like I was trying to scam them or something. I do not plan on purchasing anything from this particular store in the future. I have to exchange one of the products for a different size, but I would rather drive to a store in a different state than to encounter that same associate again.

I think it was very worth it and buying for this company and going to do updates is no problem at all
I was having a hard time thinking of something for my mom but then I realized OMG a Pandora bracelet, like mine!! I Went in day before Mother’s Day, stood in line about 15mins and because I know the great quality of the jewelry it didn’t take me long to find the perfect bracelet and charms. Kathleen the manager was a great help.

The product is good but don’t take your kids there cause you want to protect your kids. There is a person who works there who likes the kids too much.
Horrible customer service. I spoke with the store manager, Mary, months ago, she was to order a replacement ring for the one i currently have. After never hearing back from them, i finally called. Spoke with Mary, she told me my ring was in. I make the drive over to get it, only to find out they ordered the wrong ring...and the staff i dealt with that evening was less than thrilled to even attempt to help out, i told them I’d come back in a while to give them time to figure it out. All they said was “they’d order it again and let me know when it’s here.” Still haven’t heard a word... . Never again will i step foot in this store.
Horrible place to work/shop. Manager is not only unprofessional to her customers but also her staff! Coming from a former employee, do not waste your time or money dealing with this place. I was in love with PANDORA but after being screwed over by management and HR I'm done! Do not support a company that take great employees for granted and mess with their livelihood. out PANDORA!
Terrible experience! This store does not carry too many size 7 rings. When they ordered my size 7 , I traveesl about 30 minutes out of my way, and they order the wrong finish. I asked for my money back after 3 trips trying to exchange for a size 7. The manager did not even have enough courtesy to apologise for all the inconvenience they caused. I will never shop this place again.
My husband and I went in looking for beads to put on build your own earrings and the young ladies didn't know what we were talking about! Then when we were getting ready to purchase we didn't have our pandora card and asked if they could look it up and they both real rudely told us no! When we told them they looked up our card in December they both laughed and continued to say No! The young lady with red hair acted so snobby and rolled her eyes! It makes me not want to come back and visit and I love Pandora and wear alot of it!
