Alexa was so rude to us when we went. They were out of some of the items I ordered which is fine but she didn’t even tell us. She put in the pricing wrong & the manager, who was super nice, had to refund me the money. I informed Alexa that the cheese on my receipt was wrong & asked her to change it & she just gave me an attitude. Gave it one star since the other employees were nice & helpful but they have to overcompensate for how rude Alexa was.

Waited in line for drive thru for 30 minutes, half of it was at the window waiting for my food after I had paid. I ordered a tea and a veggie sandwich. My drink was not given to me while waiting on the food that had no meat, so i’m not sure why it was taking so long for veggies and bread? Different girl came over and grabbed a bag and drink that was sitting there the entire time and finally handed them to me. I’m not sure if it was a loss of employee or bad communication. When my drink was handed to me it was sopping wet and I had to use the extra napkins I kept in my console because this Panera did not provide any in the bag. Turns out the lid is warped probably from not being stored properly and I could not pick up the drink without it continuously popping off. Just a series of unfortunate events so i’m not super upset, but definitely not he greatest service or attention.

I’d give zero stars if I could, but unfortunately one is the lowest I can go. The store is never open on time, which makes it hard to get something quick on my way to work because it’s a gamble on whether or not the store will even be open on time. My order is rarely ever right, there is always something missing. Lastly, most of the staff is just plan rude. I truly do not recommend this location.

I wouldn’t even rate this place a 1 star. Seems EVERYTIME I order from them it’s messed up or missing. Example I ordered soup a salad combo with a fruit cup, got salad. Where’s my soup ? I don’t pay to not get everything I ordered! It’s not hard to read an order and give/prep it how it asked. Do better or find a new job. Because this is honestly pathetic.

Very clean Panera, restaurant and restrooms. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Not many gluten free options available. They offer sandwiches, soups, salads, and pastries along with their bread selection. Plenty of parking and very easy to find the location. Drive through window is available at this location. The coffee is great, but the new dispensers suck! They spill coffee all over and are just a pain to use, vegan bad design. Overall good experience and we will be returning.

I have ordered here a few times. They are always rude and make me feel like I am an inconvenience. I recently ordered doordash from this location and even my dasher said something to me about the rudeness. Overall, they may have good food but the quality of the experience is ruined due to rude people.

Everytime I ask for no onion on my sandwiches, because the taste makes me puke. Everytime they still put some onion on. This time they cut an onion slice, and put the whole slice on my sandwich, more than half of the sandwich was just onion. I have a picture of it. I dont care if the workers are peeved off or what, but that is not an excuse to purposely make something wrong. What if I was allergic, this could have caused a serious reaction.

It's ok. Not bad quality but seems like the freshness could be better and the quantity for the price is a bit unbalanced.Food: 3/5

We were there at 9:47 a.m. and ordered salads to go for our lunch later on. We were not given bread or chips or forks.Food: 5/5
