Food was actually pretty good but my silverware had to get exchanged twice since it was dirty. The young girl who was our waitress was more interested in her phone than the service she was providing. It was pretty quiet and not many people dining in. This was about three or so weeks ago. I just seen this rating for this establishment. I know they are closed right now though.

Great little local diner, good for breakfast lunch or dinner. I've been here a few times but I finally brought my girlfriend and she's mad I didn't bring her sooner. I had chicken fried steak and I think she had bacon and eggs, neither of us had a bad thing to say about the food or service. Very cozy and family friendly atmosphere.

Apparently people have no idea what a 5-star rating is. I regrettably tried this place again after a friend told me how much she and her husband enjoyed eating dinner here. I came for lunch and ordered a BLT. Before ordering I asked the waitress if the bacon was cooked fresh or if it was leftover from breakfast. She assured me it was cooked fresh all day. Wrong! It was cold, hard, and dry. And the tomato on the sandwich was an anemic looking pink color - it's the end of summer, fresh ripe tomatoes are available everywhere except at the Carlisle Cafe apparently. The sandwich came with in-house made chips--it would have been better if they had left them off as they were overcooked and oily. My previous excursions here at breakfast were all dismal failures. Quality ingredients certainly are not the norm here. I won't say that I won't come back because I've been known to repeat a disappointing experience with the expectation that this time will be different, but sorry off an act of desperation, I don't see myself coming back here anytime soon.

What a amazing place me and my family went here today and the food was excellent the service was incredible and the prices very well If you have a hungry family and don't have tons of money this Is the spot for you to go! Me and my family have been going to Dennys for years but compared to this place I don't think I'll ever go back to chain breakfast place again! Thanks for the great time will definitely be back soon!

The eggs came out cold. I mean not even warm. The sausage tasted like it was out of a can. The coffee was your typical diner sludge. I will say the server was nice. I know the locals probably love this low quality cheap food. Not me. Any place that call themselves a Cafe should have great coffee and specialty coffee drinks.

Very clean. Very quick and friendly service. Wish open later but I understand. Just glad they are back. Prices are standard. Small menus right now but food is good.

Wonderful Cafe for Breakfast and Lunch! Have yet to do dinner there. Staff Friendly Courteous and Dependable, has excellent knowledge of their Menu. Great place to eat! Affordable!!!
