Worst place ever, my father who had dementia left the facility several times without their knowledge and never wanted to take responsibility for their negligence. This all happen during the pandemic and on one occasion I called and my father wasn’t feeling well and I had to request for them to take him to the hospital to get checked. After his discharged from the hospital the request from the Doctors were not follow. We started looking for another place, but unfortunately my father passed away two weeks later, before we were able to transfer him to another facility. I did called the State and made a report about this facility and they found things that were happening there. They show the family members one face and make it seem that everything is okay when in reality is not.
When I was told to place my mom in a nursing home, I visited lots of places and I picked this one because this was the cleanest one I found. The staff is friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. If she got sick she had immediate attention from a doctor. I was allowed to visit at ANY time. They have a lot of activities to keep their patients entertained and engaged. If I ever had a concern, they worked with me to address it. I am really thankful to Panorama Gardens for the 5 years that they helped me with my mom.
Panorama Gardens has being a home for my aunt for the past two years. And I say a home, because staff truly treats her like family. In these difficult times we have found great support from nurses, doctors and every single person who works at this facility. She has truly enjoyed the activities team as they kindle her spirit, and keep her motivated. I hope PG continues serving the community in this manner.
My wife's grandmother was a resident here a little over a year ago and the staff here is an amazing team! for one the nursing team, always made her grandmother feel comfortable and walked in with a smile. Secondly the PT team always dedicated to work efficiently and with care to assist grandma get back to a healthy independent living. Overall this facility and the staff are all very cordial and greet with a smile. Thank you Panorama Gardens.
My mom has been a resident at this place for almost 2 years. Personnel are nice and caring. Place is always clean. The personnel in charge of activities, are very dedicated and always have exciting activities to keep residents happy. The CNAs that have been in charge of mom, have been very caring and patient. What's most important is that mom likes it and she says, "they are good people"
Panorama Gardens has been a saving grace for my family and I. After my grandmother suffered a stroke we decided this was the best place for her due to her medical needs. After her stroke her muscles in her left arm and leg were no longer responding how they used to. The rehab team at PG has gone above and beyond for her physical therapy. There was never a time my grandmother didn't want to go to therapy. She always wanted more and felt excited as well as motivated to get to work. This is because the team of therapists there made her feel like she could keep pushing. They gave her confidence when she felt like she couldn't give anymore. I could not have asked for a better team to work with my grandmother. She has been staying there for over a year now and has always received exceptional service. She is a hard woman to please and I can say that she is given everything she needs and more. She enjoys the different weekly activities the team have planned, especially the ones set up around holidays. During the start of the Covid-19 pandemic we were all very nervous about how she and Panorama Gardens would be affected, but Panorama stepped up and took care of everything. After calling and asking what would change they assured me they were doing everything they could to make sure their residents were kept as healthy as possible. This was proven to me by the countless phone calls I had with my grandmother. After asking her how she felt during these difficult time she always said everyone was doing their best and she felt taken care of. Checking in with her was never a hassle as the team at Panorama made it easy and stress free to communicate with her. I could not be more thankful for Panorama Gardens. Having your family in a nursing home is never easy but knowing that the people surrounding her are doing their absolute best makes it a whole lot easier.
I highly recommend Panorama Gardens and Rehab Center for their Best and Excellent services they provide to the patients. my sister who is one of the residents of the facility is so happy and well taken cared of.Their caring, loving and supportive environment with professional staffs make the patients get well soon and recover faster. They follow strictly the health protocols as always with or without pandemic.Their food is well balance and healthy. Moreover , they also provide recreational activities and special entertainment specially for birthday celebrants.Amazing job they do !! I give them 5 STAR
My grandma is currently staying at panorama gardens and they honestly give her the best care! I know that taking care of people her age isn't easy but the staff there always has me leaving satisfied and comfortable. They are open and honest about any questions I may have and always take my concerns or requests seriously. 5/5 stars!
Panorama Gardens is such a nice facility, the people and the staff here are the BEST. The team works like a family and all they do is put the residents and their happiness first! The food is delicious and there isn't a nurse or a cna without a smile on their face. The therapy team is great and really challenges the resident to safely improve. You won't find a facility that is cleaner and more inspiring in the valley. PG is the way to go!
This facility was really impressive. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were kind and very attentive. The therapist really helped my mother recover from a hip fracture. The food was always warm and tasty. 5 STARS!!!
