I ordered for the first time from Sun City florist. For a birthday gift and I couldn’t be happier. The customer service was great. And it arrived on time with no issues. We love the arrangement. Great job thank you Sun City florist.
I am so fortunate to be part of such a thoughtful and kind work-family. They sent this beautiful floral arrangement last month during a time of deep sorrow. They really helped to brighten a very difficult time. I know that my mother and father would have loved the flowers as much as I did. The first picture is of the floral arrangement on the first day. The second picture is of the arrangement on the second day after some of the white lily's opened up. The arrangement was so fragrant. I was amazed on how long the flowers lasted too, well over three weeks. They kept looking fresh and beautiful with simply adding fresh water daily. I was so impressed with the quality, fragrance & freshness of the floral arrangement that I'm planning on ordering the flowers for the funeral services from this store.
I have been receiving flowers from Sun City Florist for years . My Father died this past month and I never felt more love and peace as when I recieved these beautiful arrangements. Thank you for always making such beautiful arrangements they make me happy everytime .
I choose Sun City florist because of the many positive reviews. I ordered 2 Ocean breeze standing sprays and a half casket spray for my father-in-laws service.The half casket spray was nice but as you can see in the photos the standing sprays do not look as nice or as full as the spray on their website. After spending almost $600 I am disappointed. **Update** Yes, another family member did order 2 other arrangements and they were nice. The casket spray I ordered was also nice, like I wrote. No where did I write that I had an issue with the dimensions of standing sprays. My disappointment is with the fullness and that they did not look as nice as the arrangement shown online, even with the ADDED Gerbera daisies as a filler.
I ordered a same day custom flower delivery for my mom from Sun City Florist & Gifts. My mom was so excited when she opened her door, to be greeted by a kind and smiling delivery person. The flower arrangement was gorgeous and exactly like the online picture. A great experience from start to finish!
What I ordered is no where near to what was delivered. I ordered the STANDARD Teleflora's Sapphire Skies Bouquet but the arrangement looked like it was missing roses, carnations and Lilies. I called and was advised that the bouquet was not gonna look exactly the same as the picture on their website because they do edits and all the flowers are open but if you look at both pictures that I uploaded, you can tell it has nothing to do with the flowers being opened. The picture from their website is the Standard size. I was really disappointed because the arrangement was for a grieving family. Thank I was not able to get any sort of refund and was charged around $65.
My husband ordered these beautiful flowers for me. He used 1800FLOWERS, which paired his order with this shop. The flower arrangement is beautiful and smells wonderful! The shop even called to follow up, making sure that I received the order.10/10 would order from Sun City Florist directly, in the future. They absolutely care about the customer! For some reason Google isn't letting me upload a photo of my arrangement : TIP: Order DIRECTLY from this shop and NOT thru 1800FLOWERS, as they are a scam company that lied to us multiple times about this order.
I ALWAYS call Sun City Florist directly for the freshest flowers, artfully arranged and delivered fast. The service is great, the flowers are always fresh and beautiful. I’ve used Sun City Florist several times now. I live in Oregon and Sun City Florist takes my order over the phone, I always trust them to deliver the BEST flowers to my BFF. Thank you Sun City Florist. Don’t hesitate to call them and order over the phone. Support small business and get the best flowers in the area.
My sister and I went to this hole in the wall shop in Sun City. First of all when we entered the shop, we were not met with a friendly greeting. My sister and I were tasked with buying flowers for our father’s burial, which was hard enough. The woman who spoke to us, was abrasive and basically pushed us to seek another florist, that they don’t deliver to lake Elsinore Cemetery. Also, told us she had no books for us to look through, that we have to order online, then call them. She was unfriendly and of no assistance whatsoever. This place was dirty and looked like a storage full of junk! Zero stars was not an option, but that is what I give this place.
I live out of state and I called Sun City Florist and Gifts to order some flowers for my sister-in-law's birthday, which was the same day. Since it was right when they opened, they were busy and took my name and number to call me back, which they did within 5 minutes. They were fine with my mother going to pick them up for me instead of them delivering. They asked what my budget was and if I had anything in mind. I told them I wanted sunflowers and other wild type flowers in a basket, and I told them I saw one arrangement on their website that I liked, but was open to anything that would be beautiful. Before I got off the phone she made sure that there were sunflowers there or in their truck before taking payment. They said they would have the arrangement done by noon so my mother could pick them up. They were polite and knew their stuff. They went above and beyond, the flowers look amazing and we could not have asked for a better service, especially since I live over 600 miles away. Thank you for helping us make our sister-in-law's birthday wonderful! I would recommend your services to anyone.
