Valerie and Brian are amazing! Maintenance was horrible till they got the new head of maintenance. Love him! Been here almost 2yrs now and most things have been brushed under the rug and he has dedicated a whole day to my house to get it all fixed. I could not be happier.
The people r nice and the mamager kim is a very nice person who luvs to help whenever she can. The park is kept clean. I luv living here. It has been the best place for me and my grandchildren . We have resturaunts and stores close enough to walk to.
I've lived here for over two years now. I've dealt with drunks, drug addicts, numerous packages stolen off my porch in broad daylight, and there's been 3 homicides in 2017. In 2016, a murderer came in to our home, threatening my family. This is NOT where I want to continue raising my family. Our office has hired a security guard, but since Securitas has been here, I have had multiple thefts at my property. I was told that there would be security cameras installed somewhere out here, but I've not seen any on any of the streets here. We've dealt with small gangs of children shattering glass on our street, harassing other kids, vandalism, and throwing mud clods on our home. I've seen families move in, just to move out within a year due to their children being bullied by other children. I am trying to remain hopeful that I WILL see positive changes here. I hope that the surveillance system, F.O.I.D. card, and firearms will be enough to defend my family while living here.
They fine people without having proof, which worries me that this can happen again and again.
They are disrespectful n liers.told me if my relative gives me miney to buy. Trailer out there that she wont allow me to own himd cuz money didnt come out my pocket.when i told her im 40 n u have no legal right to tell me what i can n cant own she sent me a letter telling me i was denied residency cuz my credit was not high enuff.saying my credit was 560 .i called credit bureau n they told me she lied n my credit is way more than that .that my credit is higher then what the minimal score is for the park approval
It’s really hard to get someone to answer the phone at office. Management doesn’t follow through with what they say they will do. Manager was supposed to meet me at my home. Never showed up, never called. Wouldn’t answer phone. Maintenance is really bad. Don’t really fix things just kinda half fix stuff.
Love this community homes Management is Hard Working Treat you like family
As far as trailer parks go, it has a pool and a community center that pets are welcome at. It also has very aggressive speed bumps. Parts of the property look run down.
