We have been with ParkDIA for a few years. The service has gotten terrible! No buses. And they have cut cost on workers. 3 weeks in a row I have waited in 45 minute lines at 4am in 40 degree temps at 9am and at 7pm at night. This is something you do not plan on when preparing for a flight. If you park with them allow 3 hours for bus and security!See attached photos.

Sounds like this place use to be great. Gone way down hill. I waited with over 50 other passengers in the shuttle line to get back to our car for an hour when I got home. Tried calling for a pickup, asked for a manager, they strait up told me no I cant talk to a manager. Said they would send an email with me. Never happened. Will never be using these guys again. So many better options. Wally’s showed up 6 times before we saw one park DIA shuttle. Don’t waste your money here.

I’ve been a ParkDIA customer since they opened. I’m loyal to great experiences.  In the past year, I’ve seen a shift in quality. The price has gone up and the experience has gone down. This past  weekend was quite possibly my last.  I reserved a spot over cheaper competitors. We had a 6:30am flight out. We arrived to a significant line of people waiting for a shuttle - a 20 min buffer I hadn’t planned on because I’ve never experienced it there. Neither had most of the folks in line.  Then for our  late night return , there was a 45 min long line again for shuttles. Everyone was, again,  in shock. 2 different days and times, on a non-holiday weekend. The drivers were always so nice, and I feel for them being on the front lines - however it’s no longer worth the price.

We love this spot. So convenient, and the shuttle drivers are always thoughtful, friendly, and professional. Mason, the driver on our last trip, was particularly great! We always reserve ahead of time, and we know we can rely on a quick transfer to the airport on the way out, and their system assures that we’re never walking around a big lot searching for our car on the way back. We’ve parked with them 7 times in the last year and a half, we usually fly red eyes and/or get back late, and have never experienced the shuttle delays that other reviews mention.

We waited a very long time for a shuttle to arrive to bring us back to our car. Guests in line estimated there were greater than 100 people in line waiting for a shuttle. There was a lengthy time between shuttle arrivals. I called customer service and they indicated they did not have enough shuttles and had called in more.

I’ve used this service in the past and had a quick smooth experience. This time when we got there to park in the rain and hail there was no shuttle to take us to the airport. Then after arriving back and notifying them of our arrival for the shuttle back to parking there was about 30-40 people all waiting for a shuttle and we waited about 30 or so minutes for the shuttle to arrive after calling and others calling as well. But, our driver on the way back Quyen was so kind and very helpful!!

Our shuttle driver just asked us all at 5 in the morning if we had forgotten phones/wallets etc in our cars... WHAT A GREAT QUESTION... this lady is amazing! Love the fast and easy service. But y'all need to make it easier to tip drivers for those of us that don't have cash

We've always had a great experience with ParkDIA over the years. Reasonable rates, never had to wait too long for a shuttle, friendly drivers. We returned late last night to find our car had a very flat tire. They had an air compressor on hand and we were quickly on our way.

I’m leaving this review as I have been standing in line for more than twenty minutes now, waiting for a shuttle with my 34-weeks pregnant wife. There is definitely no rush in picking up customers from the airport to drive them back to their car for this company. But at least it’s 9pm….  In the meanwhile the Parking Spot and Wally Park have had 3+ shuttles come to pickup their customers. Will be going there next time.

Long waits for shuttles in cold or late at night .  At least 150 people waiting.  No one to answer the calls or being responsible.  This has happened few times this year.  I never park here again
