Listed on the National Register of Historic Places. On site are the historic Benjamin Patterson Inn built c1796, the Wixson Road Log house c1850, the Starr Barn, and the Browntown Schoolhouse c1878. Off site in Painted Post is the Painted Post-Erwin Depot Museum housed in the restored Delaware, Lackawanna and Western Railroad Depot circa 1881. Admission rates for the Patterson Inn Museum Complex $2 - $4 per person. Depot Museum is FREE admission.
