Great place! The volunteers there are very well informed and friendly. If you’re looking to host an event this is a great unique experience!
Beware of false advertising; there are no peaches for sale at this location. The landscaping is well maintained.
Historic Peachfield holds wonderful memories of our past. The Colonial Dames who are responsible for maintaining the heritage of the land do an outstanding job of encouraging American History. You will be moved and inspired by the history of the property.
We visited my ancestor's home, Henry Burr. Its a beautiful plantation, but kind of hidden and worn down. It looks like they are trying to restore the property.
This Historic Peachfield Museum captures not only the atmosphere but memories of events of our heritage.
