Pedimedica Rochelle park

My kids have been going here for 15+ years BUT since RIVERSIDE took over they are horrible. Staff is unorganized and they overbook too much. My appointments never took more than a half hour in and out...now they take an hour+. I always schedule with Dr. Bruno since he's the only original doctor left since Dr A retired, but when I get there my kids are seen by some random dr I've never seem before. Don't like the attitude from the staff and the UNfriendliness that riverside brought to pedimedica.

Ever since my child’s doctor retired, dr. Azariti it has been downhill since then. Get bounced around to different doctors, try to get dr Bruno, but always booked out completely. Then at my son’s last well visit, I get a call 3 weeks later to be told that he got a dose of a vaccine for a 4 year old of MMR at his 18 month old appointment. They called to tell me this as they legally have to and that they will “retrain” the staff. I called to get dr. Bruno for next visit and am told that Bruno is booked out until June. I’m just sick of getting bounced from doctor to doctor with mistakes being made and my concerns for my child not being taken seriously.

Pedimedica used to be the BEST, unfortunately ever since they merged with Riverside they are terrible. Never have sick appointments, they put you on hold for over 15 minutes before you even speak to someone. Most of the staff and nurses changed and are worse! They are rude and seem like they are miserable working at Riverside. I was told there are no sick appointments and to go to either urgent care or hospital!! This practice has been in our family for 3 generations, LoVeeeee Dr Bruno and Dr Azariti was amazing as well. I am sad to have to go elsewhere only because we LoVe Dr. Bruno so much, but I cannot deal with Riverside, terrible service. This review applies to both Teaneck and Rochelle Park location, as I havent been to other ones.

I have been going to pedimedica with my kids for 22 years. Since Riverside took over. It has went down hill. I still Love Dr. Bruno & this is why I dont want to leave, but to get an appointment or even someone on the phone is a joke. I have been on hold for 30 minutes. I dont understand. I made an appointment over a month & a half ago & they called me to reschedule it because they over booked.. I dont know why they are canceling my appointment when I made it that far in advance.. really have to find a new Dr

I have been with Pedimedica since my first son was born in 2008. We started there with an amazing doctor who was with my son till just a few years ago because she left the practice and moved away. She was kind enough to recommend us to her mentor Dr. Bruno who is amazing. We love him and his care however, the rest of the doctors seem to sort of rush you out the door without really looking at your concerns. To be quite frank ever since Riverside Medical group joined the practice pedimedica hasn't been the same. It feels more like my children are a number and nothing more. My sons care is important to me, as I am sure every parent who keeps up with their child healthcare is but this practice just doesn't have that family feel anymore. I wait on the phone to speak to someone for 10-15mins at a time when calling. They answer and your asked to hold. This is every time I call now. This has nothing to do with Covid as I know they will probably say that because this has been going on since 2018. Its hard enough to find a good doctor for your children but its even more horrible to have to look for a new one, especially when your children have been with them since they were born. I'm saddened to have to even right a review like this and more than anything so disappointed.

My son was the 3rd generation patient here. Ever since riverside bought out pedimedica it has been absolutely terrible. They never have sick appointments. Always telling me to go to an urgent care or ER. My son is 5 months old, I’m sorry I’m not bringing him to an urgent care or ER. The office staff used to be so pleasant and caring now they are all sooooooo RUDE! Like they don’t want to be at work. So disappointed since I love the doctors there, but I think it’s time to find a new office, and definitely not another riverside peds. Definitely don’t recommend anymore.

My kids have been patients of Dr. Bruno since they were born. They are now 23 & 20. Any time I called, whether it was during office hours or after, my concerns were always answered in a timely manner. I was a little concerned when I heard Dr Bruno was joining a group of other doctors but it has been a pleasant experience. I was very happy they kept his employees when they combined practices. Maureen, who has worked with Dr. Bruno since my kids became patients there, has always been extremely helpful. I have referred many of my friends and will continue to do so.

My kids have been patients since they were born. There now 24 and 21 and still see Dr. Bruno. The doctors and staff especially Maureen are always wonderful and helpful. I never have trouble getting an appointment. I recommend this practice to all my friends and family.

Our family loves this team of doctors. We are especially fond of Dr. Bruno and Dr. Taneja. They are very knowledgeable, explain things in detail, never rush you, and are gentle with the kids.

Not that great! Constant delays, never see the doctor you want. Staff has poor customer service skills.
