I’ve been visiting Peppertree since 1992! My dad is an owner & I’ve stayed in several mobile homes which were all nice. Beach is very close & pool is huge!!Rooms: 5/5

We stayed in an Airbnb on property. Close to beaches, restaurants and downtown St. Augustine
We had a great stay here. The neighborhood is quiet, clean and everyone is super nice even though they don't know you. We rented a unit through Airbnb and it was awesome!

This is a RV park. It has many interesting things you can do. The people you meet are very friendly as is those in the office. There is a pool and laundry room. You need to try it.
Lovely place to stay. It far enough way to not here downtown but it's only a few minutes in the car. You are also not far way for the beach. You can also play basketball ball shuffleboard and fish but you must put all fish back.
55+ Type of living, Has very nice pool well maintained. Showers n laundry-room. New homes are available on north side of property. A must to come see.
