I never write reviews but I had to write this one… a week ago my baby started acting sick he didn’t want to eat and was really down took him to another vet and they said he was fine just a little depressed; on Sunday I was sent over here and I was really scared because of all the negative reviews people have left, but they took really good care of my Kujo they really saved his life. All the staff and I mean all of the staff were really helpful and kind, every time I called they’d have an update and even sent me pictures of him so I could see how he was doing. With all that being said I know it can be expensive but for going in on a Sunday night at 9 and having a two day stay i knew it would be, but we had credit left over and we will be able to use that for all his follow up care. I can’t thank everyone who worked with us these last couple of days enough my baby is home and he’s back to his regular self.
We had to take our cat Sammy in because he became so lethargic and could not pee. As we figured he had a urinary blockage, and needed to be treated right away. We went in in the middle of the night. And they were very kind to us. Explained everything, and they had a few emergencies ahead of us, but they still saw us in a reasonable time frame. We left our cat there several days and were able to bring him home. I was able to call for updates often and they explained everything well. Other than the price, which is expected since it's an ED for pets, all else was excellent. Our cat is alive and thriving since then.
The WORST! I will never take my back. Took my schnauzer in because he was experiencing pain but wasn’t sure if it was from his legs or abdomen. Vet charged us $600 and couldn’t tell us what was the problem. She simply said he was pain and gave him pain meds. Also, we told her that he had developed bumps on his skin and she said it was a skin infection and that she could give us cream for that. We did not get the cream and when we called back for it, we were told that she did not even have it on her notes. She wanted us to take our dog back for a reevaluation… another visitation charge! It’s obvious they just wanted more money and don’t care about the patient!
They saved my doggy when she was very ill. Would bring her here a thousand times more. I was able to call and get updates several times a day. Staff was so great, I felt comfortable leaving Pepper with them. Thank you, thank you, thank you, for saving my baby..
I brought my cat to this clinic for an appointment for an urgent issue. This was the first time I had been here and I was impressed! I was brought into the exam room promptly on arrival and was seen by Dr. Rojas shortly thereafter. My cat had a thorough exam and Dr Rojas was great with her! After getting results from the testing, Dr. Rojas explained all of them to me and her recommendations for the care of my cat. She answered all of the questions that I had and was wonderful to work with! I would definitely recommend this vet hospital!
I took my baby Lenny here and it was the first time he was ever sick or hurt and we had trouble with the paying process but the staff walked us through everything, the staff and the dr were very nice and understanding. the way lenny looked When he got there I thought we had lost him but he’s the same as he was before the medication and everything helped a lot and I’m so glad they could help him overall the best first experience with a vet we could’ve had.
My cat had an infection and her ovaries got infected and needed to come out. They recommended a spay. I was so scared because I had seen bad reviews but my experience was the best I’ve ever had at a vet. The techs and dr were amazing and didn’t seem to be bothered that I called every couple hours asking for updates. They even sent me pictures of my kitty to ensure she was good. The surgery was success and I got. Constant updates from them before and after. All in all the experience was awesome and totally worth the money. My baby is feeling better and I can’t say enough good things about this place. 100%recommend
They front staff, the staff in the back, and doctor were beyond friendly, patient, and compassionate. We went there to put our elderly dog to sleep as she was suffering. They walked us through everything which was very helpful. They gave us prices and options. During the process and before it started they let's us know what to expect and what everything was. We were able to be there as the process was being done which we were grateful for. After the process they let us stay with our girl until we felt ready to leave. They let us know her ashes would take up-to a week to come back but within two days we had them home with us. Thank you Pet Doctor 911 for your service and helping our old Lady pass peacefully. I was not expecting to get the wonderful service we got. The office is clean all around. The staff is amazing .
Amazing! My baby needed a spay asap and staff was understanding of the situation and fit her in right away. Was able to get her consultation and procedure done the same day. They kept me updated and took good care of my baby. Always an amazing experience! Can’t thank the staff and doctors enough!
The vet er is awesome. I noticed there are a lot of negative reviews about a dog. I asked the manager to explain the reviews and he did. Most people can read between the reviews and make their own decisions. We were VERY happy with them. I believe the treatment we received for our pup was excellent. The staff were all polite and courteous. When the tv in the waiting room was too loud and I asked them to turn it down they did. They explained everything to us and we never had a bad experiences. The vet was excellent and explained everything to us. The only thing was the wait time between X-rays, labs, and discharge. BUT…they did come in and tell us why we were waiting so long. In fact they apologized for taking so long in the back. She said all the techs wanted to see Buddy’s Mohawk and give him some love!
