They are very polite and professional. However this store like other pet store inflate their price on blue Buffalo can food. I might as well make homemade dog food

Always love coming here. There's so much fun stuff and the staff is so nice. I enjoy the crazy import stuff they have and my kids love it there!!

They have incredible best nurses for pets. They are very cleaned and ready organized well. They have physicians and they are very friendly generous and helpful with customers services. They treated pets and their customers with respect and caring for their lives of pets. They have quality products and great deals for customers that want purchasing and sales prices.

Small pet supply place compared to Petco and similar places. The employees were helpful and friendly and they had a good variety. Also clearance items. Prices were competitive

When we got back from a camping trip, our dog smelled terrible and was in need of a good cleaning. We took our pup here and for only $10 we were able to clean him up good. it is a hassle trying to wash our pup at home. He was scared but did awesome and was super happy afterward. We were able to stay dry as well, because they had aprons that we could use! They supplied the towels and a variety of soaps and conditioners for the pup. We now have a go to place after our trips!

Very friendly staff. I order online for curbside and it's ready in less than an hour. I even received a phone call when the exact item I ordered wasn't in stock, but a similar item was. Personalized service. I like my personalized note and drawing on my receipt envelope!! :

I love Pet Supplies Plus on Willow st pike is the best,but this store on Littis pike Lancaster need training the employees always is like mad or bad behaviors I’m still recommend all product is best on Willow street pike not on Lititz pike

It's a small store that has almost every thing you need need for your pet. I like it because its 2min from my home which is really convenient. The staff are super friendly, polite and eager. They also carry their own brand of dog/cat food that are identical to those Big name brands for a fraction of the price.

Friendly employees and great selection of products. I stopped in to get crickets for my lizard. They were healthy and packaged fresh unlike the pre-boxed type that are carried at a different pet store near me.

Welcomed as I came in lots of sales and looks like outside renovations but store is open
