I’ve been taking my pup to various groomers over the years and by far she turned out the cutest after a session with Renee. Highly recommend this site for grooming and will be going back to the next time we’re in town. Thank you!
My son loves coming here to see the dogs and cats and other animals. The store was clean and the staff was friendly. Sadly, they did not have small fish filters and I had to go to That Fish Place who had them...$4 for 4 Filters. Also, the cat food price went up at Pets Mart and That Fish Place by almost $10...while Giant did not. So will be getting cat food at Giant.
They always take care of my dog and my dog always acts happy to see any of the members when I take him there. Great prices and clearances.
Do-Not Bring Your Pets Here! They cannot be trusted. If you value the lives of your pets, avoid this place like the plague! The staff in the grooming salon are rude and uncaring. The store manager could care less how her employees behave. She says, I'll have a conversation with them. Are you serious? They all need to be terminated immediately. If they worked for me, they'd be unemployed! They have No-Respect for their valued customers! It's suppose to be a fun time shopping for our pets, not a miserable unpleasant experience. If I could give them a ZERO-STAR-REVIEW, I surely would. Have a Blessed day....
This is a large location with a wide variety of products and brands to choose from. Renee in the grooming department did an excellent job with my 2 golden doodles.
If you take pride in your pets grooming, etc, don't bother bringing them to this place. Our pup had two small matted spots I comb her out every day and they stated she would probably have to be shaved! One back leg with two small mats that took me 5 minutes to take care of once I returned home. I refuse to use this place ever again. Very rude.
Best groomer I have ever taken my dog. Leo always comes back looking so fluffy and even he is smiling and proud of himself. I will never go to any other groomer again. To make it even better they have the best staff I have ever dealt with!! A+ to Fruitville Pike Lancaster, PA PetSmart grooming team and associates!!
I was very disappointed with this stay for my dogs. In the past I felt very valued as a customer. They rushed at check in & check out. I was charged more than what they originally told me. My dog was dropped off clean & bathed & I picked him up with dried poop all over his hind legs. They forgot to give me my dogs medication at check out so I had to make an extra trip the next day to pick it up. And when I tried to voice my concerns it felt like they rushed to give me an answer just to get me out the door. Not pleased with this experience....
Our pets have been coming back still wet with uneven cuts - complete rush jobs for months, now. Last time our groomer left for the day without calling us... called to check the status several times, nobody in the salon would pick up. Today we ran into trouble and were late. Called on the way to let them know, but arrived one minute outside the grace window and were turned away - even though there were three groomers and not a single other pet in the place. Oh, and they started adjusting their prices by breed with no warning ‐ price jumped from $60 to $100 last time, nobody told us until we arrived for pickup. Went here for 10 years, but we're done. If you love your pets, take them somewhere that cares about them. Petsmart doesn't anymore.
Employees always greet me in the store! Their floors and builois really clean, for being a pet store. Love seeing all of the animals come in! Nice atmosphere. We take our dog Roxy to the Pet hotel and she loves it there. We know she is in excellent hands when we go away!
