That place is super clean inside and stocked full.. I didn’t see any outs at all while I shopped. It’s pretty cool that you can wash your dog here in the “wash area”. They also had kitties here you could play with. All that being said. I can’t give 5 stars because we were there on a Friday night and we were the only customers there. The sales guy never said a word to us. He was just on his phone the whole time. We’ll visit again in a few weeks and see what happens.
Always really nice staff. They have the best dog & cat food/treat brands here. They love seeing your pets. They have a great self wash area for you to wash your dog with everything you need, and its really good price to wash your dog. They also almost always have free samples of something each time I've gone in there & been able to have my pets try.
So very sad. A good store is closing. Good pet store with showers for you dog. Good variety of food and accessories and helpful employees. Have read reviews saying they're higher priced than others. Not true. If you're comparing the exact same products, Pet Valu's prices are competitive. They also have cats for adoption and all are in good condition. Just waiting for a home.
Took both of my dogs there a few times to their pet washing spot. We really liked it. The staff is very helpful & friendly, they provide you with everything you need to was your dog. They have different size options of tubs to wash your dog in & stairs so your dog can walk right up into the tub. It makes bathing your dog so much easier for everyone. We will be going again.

We take our Beagle there to bathe him. After his bath we buy him treats and toys. The staff there treat us very well. They make sure that we have everything we need to bathe, dry, and make him happy. We really like it. We save money on grooming services too by being able to do it ourselves at their store.
I'm am so in pressed with the service. I needed dog sunscreen for a white dog. They do not carry that. They spent at least an hour researching a safe product. I am a diesel mechanic, I buy higher priced tools do to customer service and quality. I will be back. I am happy with my experience at this store. Thanks
Definitely surprised by this place. I figured it was just another pet store we have four in a one mile radius but it actually had different offerings which was nice. Many more choices in the natural space in terms of food, treats and medications. They also have a self service dog wash which is awesome! Toy selection is just okay but that won't deter me from coming back. This is now my first choice in pet stores in the area.
Great pet store with very knowledgeable staff. They have about anything you could want for your dog. Travel water bottles, leashes, collars, huge variety of food, treats, dog cookies, birthday hats etc. Along with cat supplies and small animals stuff. Plus they had a gorgeous orange and white cat for adoption.
Pet Valu is my favorite place to go for pet needs. The staff, especially Dakota, are so helpful and make every visit pleasant. Additionally, the staff is so knowledgeable and are sure to let you know about deals and upcoming events. Pet Valu is the only place we have found affordable and high quality vitamins for our rescue cat who suffers from regular upper respiratory infections. No longer do we have a lower energy congested kitty but instead a playful cat who loves zooming around the house. Once again, I highly suggest Pet Valu not only for the quality products but for the friendly and knowledgeable staff.
