Natalie is the best when it comes to our goldendoodles cut! She knows exactly what I ask for and leaves him looking like a teddy bear after. So soft and smelling really good. Will not go anywhere else.
I bought a chinchilla from here and on our way home I noticed he had RINGWORM. I called a few days later to ask if we could see a vet and they responded that they didn’t have any vets that specialized in caring for a chinchilla. However when I asked they said they are checked by their in store vet. If you can’t have a vet to care of the animals maybe don’t be seeking them. Another time my boyfriend and I went to buy supplies we noticed they had new chinchilla and I noticed that they also had ringworm. It was noticeable. The poor thing had a bold spot on his chin. There were two of them and they sell them in pairs now. So that means if you buy them they will both have to be treated. It took me from October of 2022 to February of 2023 to finally cured chinchilla I bought. Treatment isn’t cheap either. Ask to see the animals before buying. They don’t care for them and they aren’t in the best conditions. Please please check the animal before making the final decision to buy it so you aren’t left having to clean up their mess.
I had an appointment to groom my dog at noon. Somebody called my to tell me that lady who supposed to groom my dog wasn’t there, so they moved my appointment at 2.00 same day. Took my dog lady who handled my dog told me my dog going to be ready 2 to 3 hours to be groom. Wait until 5.00 pm went straight to grooming services and find out that my dog never was groom all. Lady told me that they were so behind because they’re short of staff. My question is why she didn’t told my that in the first time when she called my At morning. I could reschedule the appointment not wasted my time. They’re very unprofessional people I won’t take my business to that Petsmart anymore.
Do NOT book Alex for grooming for your pets! He over trimmed my dogs nails and PetSmart did nothing but gave a $5 discount! He is actively bleeding as I type this review and all they have to say is, “the blood will dry.” I expected more than a discount from PetSmart. Never going here for grooming or nail trim again.
This was the first time my dog was taken to a groomer for a shampoo and brush, as he is not cooperative with bathing and he is too big for me to handle. I was worried, but everything went well. Claudia was excellent with him, and I will be asking her to work with my dog for future appointments. I noticed a lot of bad reviews, but everyone has been nice. I met with Ruby to actually look at my dog for a quote on services, as he does not meet the criteria of a single breed in selection of services, as he is a mixed breed retriever. Everyone was helpful and informative.
It's a good place to shop for your pets needs and the best part is you can bring them with you while you are shopping. They have a pet clinic called Banfield right inside. And they also have pet groomers as well. They have a huge variety of food, toys, clothes, pet beds, heck they got all kinds of stuff. Pretty cool place.
After I picked my dog up from the groomer, she could not move her neck and she was in pain. I spoke with the groomer and she said to take my dog to the vet. The vet notice a big cut around my dogs neck. Like she had been choked or scratched. She is in a lot of pain and now is taking pain medication and muscle relaxers. This is not a safe place to get your dog groomed. Either they choked my dog with the collar or they let my dog get attacked by another animal. I will never return to this pet smart again. I have been a customer for 12 years. Do not take your dog here.
Always has everything I need, along with Banfield hospital, to keep me pet happy
