Petco

Store seem dark and somewhat confusing. The Staff I encountered were nice. I normally don't shop there but it was on the way home.... But boo they don't carry the brand of cat food my high maintenance cat eats...even though I've cought her drinking out of the toilet....lol

Store is great overall. • Grooming is not thorough. Nice people though • I specifically asked them to make sure to get my dog's paw pads because that was one of the main reasons for going and the end result was about as good as I could do with my kitchen scissors. • Another time, I took him to get his ears cleaned and while they were a lot better, they were still visibly dirty. I almost took a picture that night to take him back but figured somewhere else would be a better option since this wasn't a one time thing.

Felt very disorganized in there. I was able to find what i needed, but there's cat stuff right beside the dog stuff, and very little distraction between the two. They have decent fish for a petco tho, so thats a plus

Rachel at Petco on Liberia Road in Manassas is the most exceptional groomer we have ever had for our dogs. One of our dogs is old and normally does not like going to be groomed. I told this to Rachel who was willing to try and low and behold, my older dog just loved Rachel and had no problems. Our youngest dog is a bouncy pup, half Bichon Frise and half poodle. Here again Rachel had no problem grooming her. Since I do not like poodle cuts, but prefer the puppy cut, Rachel listened to what we prefer and is always adaptive. We are beyond happy with Rachel and very grateful for her services.

Worst place to take your dog for a hair cut, my dog face looks like it was burn between the eyes. Don't take your dog there. If I could give them a zero star I'll do it.

The Petco on Liberia Road in Manassas, Va, is truly superior. Rachel is the best, most gentle, and gifted groomer we have ever had.

Had a good experience.. Good customer service. The two young Ladies were very knowledgeable about fish. I learned something new today.

WARNING DO NOT BRING YOUR DOGS FOR GROOMING TO PETCO! THEY'RE VERY IRRESPONSIBLE AND DO NOT MAKE YOU FEEL WELCOMED. TOOK MY DOG HERE FOR THE FIRST TIME JUST TO TRY THEM OUT AND IT WAS THE WORST DECISION IN MY LIFE! WHEN I FIRST ENTERED THE GROOMING ROOM I WAS ASKED TO STEP OUT WITHOUT EVEN GREETING ME. EVEN THOUGH THEY DIDN'T MAKE ME FEEL WELCOMED I STILL LEFT MY DOG IN THEIR HANDS. I DROPPED OFF MY DOG AT 10AM AND GROOMERS USUALLY TAKE ABOUT 3HRS TO GROOM DOGS SO I WAS HOPING TO GET A CALL FROM THEM AROUND 1PM OR 1:30PM LATEST BUT NOPE NEVER HAPPENED SO I KNEW SOMETHING WAS OFF I HEADED TO THE STORE AND I WAS RIGHT MY DOG WAS NOT AT PETCO HE WAS TRANSFERRED TO MEDVET BECAUSE THE GROOMER Krissy CUT HIS PAW WHILE HE WAS GETTING GROOMED WHICH IS ODD BECAUSE MY DOG IS A GOOD BOY HE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE GETTING GROOMED BEFORE. ALSO, NEVER RECIEVED A CALL FROM THEM SAYING ANYTHING HOW PROFESSIONAL?? DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGIZE FOR HURTING MY DOG. NOT RETURNING NEVER EVER AGAIN‼‼

Friendly staff and good prices. This store needs to have a better variety of pet foods.

We always come here for fish. Grace knows her stuff and always helps us out. She clearly keeps good care of the aquariums, the fish and tanks here are cleaner and more well kept than any of the other stores in the area!
