I stopped in this location when passing through town yesterday for a new litter box. Have to leave a review to thank MaryBeth for her incredible kindness and service while I was shopping! Nothing but good vibes! Store is clean and we'll organized.
This was my first visit to this PetSmart. Walking in I first noticed how open and clean the displays were. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I feel very comfortable to inquire further regarding the training classes for my German shepherd "Sassy".
My 2 yorkies were groomed there for the first time. Amanda was fantastic, and my little boy and girl looked so adorable when we picked them back up. Highly recommend.

Petsmart is always our go-to for pet needs. We just added a new puppy to our family and had to get him what he needed. The two associates up front were very nice and helpful. The puppy starter book was a lifesaver with tons of coupons to save us money. It was a one-stop shop to get our newest addition all settled in to his new home. There is handicapped parking, and the store is wheelchair accessible.
Just got our pup back from his first haircut with Renee--he looks amazing! We are SO PLEASED with the staff, how they listened to our preferences for our his cut, and how kind they were to us and our dog. Very pleased with the results & we will definitely be making another appointment with Renee!
I took my 60 pound poodle-mix in for her regular haircut at the Quakertown location, where she has been several times before. She was overgrown and had some tangling, but nowhere near needing to be completely shaved. The groomer, Lydia, literally told me it would be 'too much brushing' and proceeded to argue with me repeatedly. I explained that she is 14 years old and would not do well with being cold for weeks if she was completely shaved. My husband picked our dog up, who is now shaved DOWN TO THE SKIN, and was charged 130 dollars when we have always paid around 80 dollars! I will never bring another of our dogs there for any reason. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
My dog gets pampered by Rachel, She is good Gigi is 12 yrs old she looks like a puppy when she comes out.
Ava did an AMAZING job with grooming Zeus. We have had mixed experiences and hesitated on coming back. So glad with the final result. Will be coming back to Ava!
