My cat normally hates getting groomed, but Christina did an amazing job, and my cat was really receptive to her. My cat smelled great and was really happy afterward. I will definitely go back to Christina.
This review is specifically for Ashley and Will who work in the Aquatic section. SO HELPFUL! Amazing service and they keep their tanks as clean as possible while doing so many other things to keep the store running. They're awesome. They deserve raises and more staff to help keep them happy and doing the best work they can.
So the times that I have come in everyone has been really nice. I had recently come in to get my dog groomed and I bought a couple items for her and I had asked for a bag. The cashier asked me if it was really necessary when all she could’ve said is that she’s running out of bags and that would’ve been a way better response.
The grooming salon in Centerville Utah for a dog absolutely horrendous they butchered my dog He's a standard size poodle she wouldn't take your time to come out his ears. she just shaved him she didn't do his head right. He needed shave his legs get Bobby's tail Yes didn't care there was no professionalism whatsoever and when she left was just laughing she didn't care about anything or anyone so that's management problem right there. Yeah the North Ogden PetSmart on Washington 12th are professionals groomers. I made a huge mistake and went to the Centerville Utah PetSmart for grooming for my groomer couldn't clean her own shoes or clip her own nails let alone groom a dog or anything else as far as that goes. PetSmart Centerville Utah needs to stop her tyranny, unprofessionalism and zero talent to any animal or customer they would be saving animals and humans alike shame on them for allowing her to continue.
This particular location seems to not have a lot of variety and I feel like things are ridiculously overpriced, but their staff is what makes this place valuable. Very kind and helpful and willing to help anyone utilize the deals that are available.
I like this hotel, my room was nice and spacious with a couch, microwave, fridge, safe, coffeemaker, hair dryer and iron. My bed was nice but I didn't care for the pillows. The toilet was annoying because it leaked and every two minutes it had to refill. Overall I like this hotel, it has a nice pool, hot tub and free shuttle service and a wonderful breakfast. I will stay here again and hope the get better pillows and check their toilets.

Very impressed w/ their customer service. A fish we bought died w/in 2 days. They replaced it w/out any questions.
The grooming salon is tops. Her normal groomer, Alexis, is amazing and takes wonderful care of my pupper. The rest of their groomers are great as well. I trust them all. But Alexis is our very favorite.
We went to so many different groomers in the Davis County area and we weren't happy with any of them until we found PetSmart, specifically Elijah. He is so awesome with my dog and my dog comes back looking incredible. My dog actually looks forward to his appointments with Elijah and we are so pleased with their friendly and quick service! Thank you!
