Looked on line for a PlayStation 5 disc console. Target had them in some stores in Ohio. I was visiting Wilmington. So I purchased one online about 25 miles from our hotel. Place was insanely packed. Yet I encountered great and fast service from pickup of console. To their nearly empty game area. Yet they had a game I was looking for and an extra controller with a double charging station. These guys were busy, yet within minutes I was helped and checked out. Thanks all that work during a stressful time. You had real smiles and eye contact. Blessings to the staff.
Has a great selection and is usually better stocked than most other Targets. My only slight complaint is the "2 hour" curbside pickup has been taking a bit longer than 2 hours lately.
I understand it's black Friday but if an order is bought and paid for pick up you better actually have that item. The person couldn't tell me if they actually had it in stock for our order went going there. Then why are they letting people buy them????
Starbucks, snack center, CVS pharmacy all located inside which is convenient. Clean store, very organized compared to other Target locations. No idea on grocery/produce selection as I shop elsewhere.
Ordered online. Went to pick up. Rolled down the window to confirm number on app and the boy threw the bag in my face through the window. Had a return and customer service didn’t even acknowledge me when I said hi. Just grabbed item and did the return not explaining anything no communication at all. Training needs to be a priority at these customer service places. May have to change stores to shop
Horrible experience at Target by the mall today…… The customer service was horrible. The guest in front of us was greeted with a smile and asked how they were doing. Lexi the cashier got to us, rang us up and never said a word until I said how are you today.
This target never has anything in stock and feels like it’s only ever stocked at half capacity max. It has SO much less available in store than other targets and often seems empty. It’s frustrating.
So the biggest thing I liked was the size of the buggies were huge and comfortable for my child, BUT the selection of little girls clothes age 5-10 was very little and seemed to only be geared towards a 70s style.. can’t say I will hurry back
Store is poorly staffed and cluttered. There were seriously about 75-100 people in line waiting at 2pm in the afternoon trying to check out and leave. Only one regular register open with the UScan. The checkout line started at the registers and went all the way back to the grocery section on the other side of the store! Many people ended up just ditching their carts, further clogging the aisles so you had to practically complete an obstacle course just to get out of the store.
Staff is normally friendly whenever I go. The only issues I've had recently included expired food during grocery pick-up, and being over-charged while trying to replace an empty canister of CO2 for my SodaStream. The woman at Customer Service tried charging me $30 instead of the normal $14.99. I told her that wasn't right and she tried reasoning with me, saying that the blue canister might be $14.99, but the pink was $30. I told her I've been returning these for a few months now and the pink is most certainly $14.99 for a replacement, not $30. Then she asked a co-worker and he said it rang up as $30 when he helped another lady and that it ended up being wrong. So the cashier I was dealing with said, "Fine, I'll just give it to you for $17." It's only $2 and I had just worked a night shift at my job over 30 miles away, so I just wanted to pay and get home. I didn't have the energy to argue over $2 over $3 plus tax difference. Went back at a later date in order to make sure I wasn't crazy, and BOTH the blue and pink canisters are $14.99 when you replace them. Hopefully your customer service reps understand that. It'll save time spent needlessly arguing with customers.
