The store is always clean and organized. Last trip they were a bit low on stock but I able to purchase everything I needed.
Absolutely wonderful! I use every available service that this store offers and it has always exceeded my expectations! From everyday pet supplies, grooming and training. The staff goes way above and beyond to make sure all my pets needs are met and will answer any and all my questions without hesitation. Exceptional in every aspect!
Store is small, so the layout is different. However, the staff was super friendly and we found everything we needed
For today only I give them a rating of three stars. The inventory of fish was low.. Other supplies in the store were plentiful and so many more selections than the store near my home. Maybe next time I'll get lucky in the fish I'm looking for will be available. The staff was friendly and informative. Overall this was a pleasant shopping experience and I would recommend this store to anyone shopping for pets and pet supplies.
Very clean with a nice atmosphere. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. They have a good selection. Their prices are a little high other than that, I would recommend this store.
Pets represent love and acceptance for another. PetSmart knows and caters to this. The store was well stocked with warm friendly staff. As with all of capitalism..... pricey.
They have a large variety of pet supplies, which is nice, but their prices are extremely high now, so I didn't get the main thing I went there for. I needed a small pet carrier that wasn't cloth. I couldn't find one for less than $70! I will order one from Chewy instead. I bought 4 small cans & 4 tiny packets of cat food and a tube of $16 nutritional gel for my senior cat and it was over $40. It's just way too expensive there. It also makes me sad to see a bird in a glass cage living all alone. There is also a bunny being kept in a cage alone. They are living all by themselves. I really don't like to see that.
Love their personal brand of cat products and they have a huge selection of toys and food for dogs and cats. Just wish they offered a bigger selection of fresh refrigerated food for cats. Employees there are so helpful and nice!
Messed up my online order I got by door dash. I wanted to save going to the store but ended up having to go there to get the right products. This particular store needs to work on accuracy.
I love the selection of fish they have. Prices are fair. Didnt have to wait long for someone to get the fish I picked out.
