The Taylor location for grooming is the best because they have a lot of groomers. They can fit your pets in because they have a lot of groomers. I'm always able to get my dogs in with them.
Brittany always doing a flawless job on my Samoyeds. Not easy to find a groomer like her.
Nice place to buy pet supplies at. Service is okay. Do not let the staff groom your dog It is overpriced and takes them a long time. Would you leave your kid with strangers? I wouldn't. Other than that nice store.
Staff is usually friendly when I come in. The staff in the live pet area are helpful with my questions. I am not sure I would take my dog back to be groomed. Her appointment was at 2:30 didn't get in until around 3. She wasn't even ready when the store closed at 7. That is way too long for my lab to be stuck in a crate she doesn't go in a crate at home
I asked after a beta fish for my 12 year old. They are in small cupholders at the end of an aisle in weird Tupperware containers, not in the fish tanks. Most were dead. When I tried to buy a half dead one, but disagreed with the $21.49 price tag, Kaley with an H who knows or cares said she was the manager and could not help. She said ALL of their fish were healthy and she would *look into the dead ones. She then refused to sell the fish to me and told me to leave.
Thank you for tell me to "buy something or get out" when it turned 7pm on the dot. That manager was rude and should be demoted or fired considering I was going to buy only cat medicine but couldn't find it. I tried asking her for help but she just cut me off and repeated "buy something or get out of here."
This store is still blowing my mind. With everything available online I’d love to see this store out of business. They have some of the worst kept animals and it should be illegal to run stores like this.
Terrible customer service. I bought a reptile aquarium about a month ago, I called too make a return on the tank, and the worker told me there's a 30 day return policy and it was a 60 day return policy. So because the worker didn't know how too do her job and told me it was a 30 day policy and it was a 60 day policy , so I couldn't return my item because they didn't know how too do their job and the manager didn't help me at all, There's a lot of better PetSmarts around don't waste you're time going too this one.
Awesome pet store. However, the location is terrible. My brother and I saw five guys in ski masks break into a minivan and then abduct a woman in the parking lot. Cops responded quickly, but they were already fleeing down the freeway.
I get my Yorkie groomed there by Cat. She been doing him since his first trim. I've used other ladies when she wasn't there. Great every time.
