The training here is worth every penny! My dog and I got 12 weeks of one on one sessions with our trainer, Jade, who was wonderful. Always kind, friendly, and down to earth. I could tell she actually cared about me and my girl, Lucky. Lucky has completely come out of her shell since we started training and is a much more confident, happy girl thanks to Jade’s influence. 100% recommend!

Sadly they closed the doors on this location, however there are still a few throughout the city. I was there to see the last shelf thrown, to the last bit of dirt swept of the floor. Was working with a crew we did all the close out punch out! They are great people that was overseeing the project out there! Special thanks to Alex, and his boss. Generous and kind these two were!

Super unprofessional. I walked in to ask questions about dog training, and didn't even realize the girl working was an employee because she wasn't wearing anything stating that she worked with Petco, and was just standing outside smoking+talking on the phone far away from the front doors until I entered the store. She first seemed annoyed that I was interrupting her phone conversationshe was still talking on the phone when she walked in and asked me what i needed, but did hang up to answer my questions about training. She seemed like she didn't even want to get my dog in training, and while she answered questions, she really made me question whether I should sign up. The best part is that she IS the dog trainer!! I went to look around the store to see what they had. Friend? of employee come in, and they proceed to chat loudly enough for you to hear anywhere in store nonstop for 20-30minutes while constantly swearing and bringing up personal issues that definitely shouldn't be yelled about when other people are around. 1 star for rudeness, employee presenceuniform??, hygiene,  and making it an unbearable shopping experience. This store is little and doesn't have much to offer, and the staff sure doesnt help its case. Maybe the dog trainer had a bad day with the rudeness, but that's not good reason to be so unprofessional. I can't say stay away from Petco completely because the Chillicothe one is good, but the employee at this store should be replaced or hopefully retrained instead. Thankyou

Went to the Reynoldsburg location.  They are having a going out of business sell. Dog food was listed as 10% off marked prices. I purchased a bag that was marked on sale for $47.99 from $55. At the register the cashier rung up the 47.99 price. When I questioned why I didn't get the additional 10% off. I was informed that you only got 1 discount.  The $47.99 is the sale price at all pet shops. So that means the dog food wasn't on clearance. The savings was going to be less than $5.  It is the principle. Probably why they are going out of business. No integrity

They're going out of business everything up to 70%off except dog and cat food. There's really no fish supplies left maybe like 10%left only the chemicals you put in the tank to clean the water or get ick off your fish. And a couple of little beta fish tanks otherwise they still have lots of stuff for dogs and cats

Usually I have a typical visit to any pet store. Get in, get what I want, and leave. This night i went it the young lady who checked us out was super cool. After we donated we got to write out dogs name on a heart to be hung up. She also showed us the treats petco has. One was a cookie, similar to an Oreo. After explaining to us what was in it and that it was super healthy, she broke off a piece and showed us that humans also could eat it. We all shared a cookie! This trip was hands down the best Petco experience i have ever had.

Needed some essentials for pet turtles and no aquatic reptile section I ended up going to the super Walmart next door. Although they didn't have what they need the people working there were very nice. I highly recommend for dog and cat owners looking to save their money and not get up-saled by PetSmart across the street.

Nice little stop to find basic pet care things. Do not expect them to have EVERYTHING but they probably have what you need. Employees are nice and the quality is good.

It's a smaller store in a relatively quiet strip mall, so I didn't really know what to expect...  Happens that they carry the very specific food I need, and also that the people who work here are ridiculously helpful and friendly.

I went in today for some cat litter and Alex was AMAZING!! He was so friendly and relatable and even rook my litter to my car for me!!
