The hotel lobby looks nice. The first room we were in had a hole in the pipe and water leaked all over the bathroom floor. We never got the free cookie. We moved rooms due to the leak in the bathroom. Our next room had mice. We were supposed to have connecting rooms and did not. My daughters room also had mice. We asked for towels and never got them. The housekeeping staff were polite and helpful. The shuttle is helpful to get to the airport. Sidney the shuttle driver was great! The baseboards have holes as well. Definitely not what I expected from a Hilton hotel. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone unless it's a last resort. The snack selection is mediocre. Walkability: None
This was my first time staying at this hotel and I only stayed one night. The staff/service was excellent. They have very attentive and knowledgeable staff. I’m very keen on technology and like hotels that keep up with technology. The digital key for my room worked flawlessly. Rooms are basic hotel rooms. Clean and comfortable. The air conditioner worked great. I need a cold room in order to sleep comfortably. The restaurant/bar was good drinks and something hot to eat at the end of a busy work day. Their staff was excellent as well. The hotel shuttle was excellent. My room was on the side facing the airport and was very quiet. The only negatives I have is that the room has no USB charging ports, the shower had one bottle of shower gel, one conditioner, and an empty shower gel. No shampoo. I’m a guy with short hair so the shower gel works fine for shampoo but other guest would not agree. I do like the large pump bottles in the shower. My last thing to comment on is for Hilton over all. Hilton needs to upgrade the TV programming to keep up with Marriott. And get a different coffee brand for the rooms. The current one taste like cardboard. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.
Staff was very helpful when our AC wasn't working. We visited family coming from Enola PA. Very nice lobby, beds were super soft and comfortable and the shower came with everything you'd need to wash up. Only thing I didn't like was paying for breakfast otherwise 10/10Rooms: 5/5
My experience at this particular hotel is split. Without explaining the entire situation, our booking was moved to a different date with an external booking site but the hotel did not recognize that the date was moved to. Upon showing up, we were greeted by a front desk staff member named Lisa, who seemed like she was not interested in helping. She told us to call the external booking site and have them figure it out. I explained to her that the external booking site wait time was at least 30 to 45 minutes she said just keep calling them. This is not exactly what I want to hear after a full day of traveling. Now I’m forced to sit in the lobby of the hotel on hold with a staff member who seems like she has no interest in figuring out the situation. On the other hand, there was a front desk staff member named Danny , who was such a delight. His overall positive demeanor was very much appreciated. I’m not 100% sure what he did but after typing on the computer for a minute and cross referencing some things he proceeded to hang up on the external booking site I was on the phone with. For lack of a better term he figured it out. I am so grateful to him for remaining positive and helping us through this strange situation.
Just avoid this place at all cost, severely out of date, dirty, smelly and just overall disappointing. I will say the two ladies I dealt with during the check in process were great, definitely helpful and super nice. The room itself was gross, had mysterious stains and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. We booked this place via Expedia and on their site it said it was a 3 star hotel with a 4 star rating.. maybe back in 2005 when it was brand new.. Just spend an extra $50 bucks and go somewhere else, not worth it
This stay unfortunately was not a good experience. We booked a room for my daughter who was traveling out of the Philadelphia Airport to visit us in North Carolina. The flight was an early one, so we contacted the hotel by the phone number listed on their website. We were told by multiple we wanted to make sure there we no issues agents/reps that our 19 year old daughter was allowed to stay as long as the room was booked under her name, but secured by our credit card. She arrived at the hotel and told that she was not permitted to stay. She called us and the front desk rep. told my husband that he booked thru a 3rd party and she couldn't stay. He tried to explain that he called the number on their website and the front desk rep handed the phone back to my daughter and said, "I can't do this now", leaving her without a place to stay. Fortunately, her friend that brought her to the hotel was over 21 and they said she had to stay with her. Just a really bad experience all the way around. I'll be sure to book thru another hotel other than Hilton going forward.
This location needs an overhaul. The rooms are old. Carpet was stained. Bathroom had some rust spots. There were no wash clothes in the bathroom and when I requested towels, they were thrown on the counter. I would never stay at this locationRooms: 1/5
If you're looking for a reason not to stay here, this is it. I checked into my room and heard water running. I thought maybe the faucet was running - nope! There was water pouring down through the ceiling light fixture. Nearly a waterfall, it was not just a casual drip. Went downstairs, waited a while since they were very understaffed. The front desk went back to talk to her manager, came back and asked if they could send the building engineer up, if he fixes it they'd like me to keep the same room. I laughed, the carpets were soaked, the bathroom was flooded. They did move me into another room. In the middle of the night, someone blasted music for about 30 minutes too. That was a nice touch. The hotel is outdated, it has a post apocalyptic vibe. The bar/restaurant was also understaffed, took so long to get food and drink. I don't blame the staff, I blame management. It is what it is. It was a 10 minute drive to the airport so that's why it gets 2 stars.
I was put in a room that I found less than acceptable. There were some papers on the floor from the previous guest, 1/2 of the shower pump bottles were empty, and the heater/AC cover was missing and that unit was dusty and dirty. I was there for a convention and they had no signage indicating what rooms we were in or where our breakfast was. The free parking was very limited however, they do validate but I recommend getting your card validated immediately.
