Residence Inn Philadelphia Airport

Really good service. Shuttle with a great driver from the airport call the front desk for the shuttle. Everyone of the staff was super nice. Breakfast was also very, very good. Room was enormous, clean and with a big nice bathroom. There is also big kitchen corner. Rooms: Big and clean.

Beds are pretty hard but room was nice and well stocked. Pool was out of service. Road nearby is loud all night. Employees were extremely welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was pretty solid.Rooms: 4/5

My two week stay here was great. I switched rooms due to a stranger in the hallway making me uncomfortable and the lady at the front desk made it quick and effortless. Multiple options for breakfast. Would definitely return. Staff customer service 10/10.Rooms: 5/5

Could not of asked for a nicer staff. We were greeted with a smile and treated like family! Everyone is so kind. We needed a handicap accessible room and not only did they get one right next to the door they made sure we had a wheel chair when needed and checked on my friend who just had surgery. The room was spacious and clean. Highly recommend! They also offer a hospital rate which is amazing! Great value and great staff!

I had an early morning flight so I decided to stay at this hotel and use their shuttle to allow for some extra sleep time rather than staying farther away and having to wake up early to take an uber or lyft. That was a mistake! The vibe from the second I walked into the room was that I was going home with bed bugs. Everything you looked at was either broken or dirty. I ended up getting no sleep because I was so uncomfortable staying in the room. And to cap it off you pay over $200 for a room here. If it was $70 I would expect this but not at more than $200. Thankfully I did not go home with bed bugs but it made my day of travel a rough one after getting no sleep.

The GOOD: Staff was friendly and super helpful hence the 3 stars. Great shower pressure Breakfast was great The BAD: Homeless encampment across the street, loud traffic all night, and the room was disgusting! Main light in double queen suite did not work, large nasty white stains on broken pull out couch in suite. Something sticky was running down the front of refrigerator, only one waste basket in whole suite! Beds and pillows were the WORST!!! Woke up and could not wait to vacate!!! Oh and laundry detergent dispenser in laundry facility are my $1.50 in quarters!

Missed my fourth of July flight to the Southwest and dropped in here with barely an hours notice. The suite given to me at this late hour was spacious, with a small kitchenette, working hi speed internet and a desk bigger than my own! Jamirah and staff were all New Orleans like in their indominitable hospitality.Rooms: 5/5

I stayed here for one night and was very impressed with the overall service by Barbara. The room was very nice and clean and the shower was amazing. They has a nice variety for breakfast. I found my hotel for my future visits to Philly!Rooms: 5/5
