Let me start off with saying I'm writing this review a little late because they're service is so fantastic, I didn't want any of you to get in the way of my appointments :p Can't brag enough about the work these ladies do! I went in very nervous, almost didn't because I thought listening to a friend was a better idea, but I can't imagine going anywhere else! One procedure involved a crown, after the final install I noticed my bite had been fixed from some other dentist and I no longer had an extra jerk in my bite. The cavity I needed looks spectacular, its a great match and the doctor helped rebuild some of my tooth lost to time. Overall atmosphere would be 12/10. I have never laughed in dentist office, let alone enjoy myself at the dentist.

Honestly a waste of time. This was a provider listed under my insurance. I called to clarify cleanings were covered. Everything was good to go. I’ve had the appointment for at least 2 weeks. I Uber over as I sold my car and upon arriving the front desk lady tells me they called my insurance and it seems they only cover emergency visits. Really? You couldn’t tell me this sooner when I clarified with you the details of the appointment.. I was assured my insurance would cover my cleaning.. very disappointed. Do your job people.

Best experience ever at a dental office. The staff worked so well with my daughter who is 5 yrs old. She had to get 4 cavities filled and they did amazing with her. I Definitely will be recommending this Dental office!

This is the BEST dental Clinic I have EVER!!!!! gone to. The staff is friendly, caring, and professional. I have never been so well taken care of from a dentist and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this office!!!!!! For any of your dental needs, this is the office you want to go to!!!!! I wish I could give them more than five stars, THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’m overwhelmed with joy today. Dr Gonzalez took such good care of me. Attention to detail and making me feel comfortable in a dental setting. Emilia and Brianna the staff members were very professional. I got my smile BACK. Thank you.

At first I was a little bit apprehensive. However , Doc. , and staff reassured me that I was fine and really have been very accommodating and professional. I feel like they have been apart of my Medical team for a long time. They took care of all the insurance rigamaro etc. as well. Thank you so much. Lisa Hepler.

My husband went to Phoenician Dental Center PDC for his annual check-up for the first time in July, 2021. He takes one or twice teeth cleaning a year. After Dentist Gonzalez’s evaluation, she prescribed a Hygienist cleaning with so-called Perio Maintenance work in Aug. 2021, The out-of-packet cost would be a co-payment plus $78.00. My husband has Cigna Dental Plan with Medicare program, requested that he simply needed a teeth cleaning, no need for Perio maintenance at this time. However, Emilia Loya, the office manager refused to provide a basic Hygienist service without additional Perio Maintenance. Cigna Dental later was confirmed that the Dental Provider couldn’t decline the routine Hygienist service to the patients. My husband decided to proceed the prescribed plan for extra charges, to experience the benefit of the Perio maintenance. Then he met Wendy, the Hygienist in PDC and clarify the scope of the services before the procedure began. Wendy indicated that she’ll provide simply a routine teeth cleaning, not a deep cleaning or any perio-related work. She suggested to have the routine cleaning every 3 to 4 months. My husband experienced the above teeth cleaning was nothing but a basic annual Hygienist service. No specific procedure was applied or added to the course of the teeth cleaning. Upon checking out, he spoke with Emilia, for the so-called Perio Maintenance work in the cleaning. She replied that it was in there. I disputed that there was nothing specifically done for perio-related work during the teeth cleaning at all. He demanded to refund the extra charges. Emilia refused to refund the charges. My husband stated that this will be a dispute in the Cigna Dental Plan with Phoenician Dental Center.

I’ve had a lot of dentists, and some weren’t great experiences, but this was a new low. First impression was terrible, as the front office attendant wasn’t wearing a mask. This is a HEALTH OFFICE. In the current environment, this is absolutely unacceptable. Next, the same lady who wasn’t wearing a mask takes some x-rays and just fumbles around like she’s really uncomfortable with the whole situation. Then, they go to check out my teeth and everything, and they needed to move me to a different room because the chair wasn’t working. I get that technology doesn’t always work how we expect it to, but it’s just convenient that this happened to happen during this appointment. Finally, the cleaning was the most awkward and painful cleaning I’ve ever had. The dentist I can’t remember his name just weirdly had me hold the water vacuum while proceeded to just get water everywhere. He kept fumbling with the devices, and at one point even scratched me with the water jet. During the polish, it seemed like he missed some teeth, and it all seemed extremely rushed and not welcoming at all. I didn’t really say anything because I just wanted to leave. This was, BY FAR, the worst dental experience of my life. I will NEVER be returning here.

All the staff at The Phoenician Dental Center are very friendly and welcoming, as well as professional. I actually enjoy coming to the dentist. Dr. Pham is one of the best dentists that I have had in my 74 years. He is kind, as well as being professional. He listens and goes overboard to accommodate my wishes and needs. I definitely recommend this practice and Dr. Pham particularly.

Best dental experience ever. I recomend to anyone and everyone. Lady in the front is beyond helpful. The doctor and her assistant answered every question I had. I'm so happy to have my smile back.
