Having my knee replaced with Dr. Pickett was the best decision I have made health-wise for myself. After cancelling a couple of times I had the surgery and this has been a saving grace for myself. I had a great rehab team from Vernon Advantage and was fortunate enough to have the best physical therapist, I consider, in Texas. Dr. Picket, once again, thank you from the bottom of my heart! Now, let’s fix my feet! Lol!
Dr. Pickett fixed my son's shoulder and he did an amazing job! But I bring my son to his appointments I always go in with him so I can hear what the Dr says and the secretary told me I can't stay anymore I have to sit in the car. She was very rude I think a mom should be able to attend appointments with their children. Hopefully this is the last appointment. No need for rudeness
Dr Pickett did a full knee replacement on my left knee 07/01/2019. It is now 2 months later and I am thrilled with the work he did. I expect to be able to move so much better than before. I believe his skill is excellent and he and all his staff have been very helpful and informative on anything I needed. I am going to have him replace my right knee in the spring. I believe he deserves 5 stars. Thank you Dr Pickett for everything
He’s an amazing doctor he did my hip replacement surgery and hand surgery I won’t see any other surgeon he’s the best
After Dr. Pickett replaced my right knee, I no longer look like a puppet with two strings broke when I cross a street. Pain freedom is wonderful. Thanks
Wouldn't prefer anyone else other than Dr. Pickett! Would give 5 stars, however the wait time is ridiculous... Appointment time @1:30 it's now 2:11 and counting 6 people came in after us and those 6 went in before us, not to mention we were here 10 minutes early and we're not new patients... UPDATE: 2:56 STILL haven't seen the doctor.
pickett replaced my right hip in 2012 or 3. he was recommended by joe leverett. i was so doped i was unaware of signing the consent form. my right leg is now 3/4 inch shorter.when i read his medical report his personal conclusions were that i had been rude to the nurses. well the truth is jcmh has a history of horrible nurses including rhonda parrish, kim bryant; and claudia davies: one of which had aids, one died from a drug overdose, and the third relinquished her license. an then of course there was nurse archie who physically manhandled me and then attempted to have me arrested. the point is pickett botched my surgery! choose carefully if you expect positive results. bradley smith
If you have any other appointments dont worry about going to them. I have been waiting here an hour just for them to call us back. Didn't say anything about dr running late when we checked in. I had another appointment I just canceled because of this appointment thank God I am not being charged for not going to my other appointment
Two surgeries w Pickett so far. Excellent care and follow up. I'll be going back for my other knee in the future.
