Nice, friendly staff. Clean office. They let you make coffee while you wait for your appointment to start. The workers are very patient. There's a TV in the lobby, with HGTV on. Conveniently located across from Wendy's in Royston. Beautiful art inside with comfortable chairs to sit in as you wait. Wheelchair accessible entrance. Bathrooms are pristine. Great place, reliable staff and equipment.
I don't understand why they can't not schedule at the office. I think they are rude about it and you can definitely tell the lady did not care. How rude. Piedmont I understand you can't do certain things but get better people with compassion behind the front desk.
Had fasting blood work, efficient and surprisingly fast. Out less than 15 minutes!
