Piedmont Physicians Pediatrics at Oconee Health Campus

Dr. Chu is the best! We feel she really cares about her patients and is very patient with the parents and babies. The nurse is very friendly there too. We are blessed to have them!

Dr chu is AMAZING but we made a last minute appointment with dr Johnson for my TRACHED and VENTILATED son who we had to put on oxygen because he was sick and after driving an hour to get there he refused to see us said he had a meeting. Yes we was 3 min late due to my son throwing up every were and having to pull over. They let us check in and sit there for 20 min before saying he wasn’t gonna see us!! I wouldn’t suggest him if he was the last doctor on the face of this planet!!

Love it!! Everyone is friendly and good with my child. Always a smooth visit.

Absolutely love Dr. Chu but to be frank the front office staff is what ultimately caused my decision to leave. Their attitudes and the lack of compassion is truly a turn off. The first faces you see when entering a medical facility should be the most comforting unfortunately for this office it is not so.

The lack of professionalism from your office staff was disappointing. We were really looking forward to working with a specific doctor at your practice, who was recommended to our family. If you're not accepting new patients, please take the time to update your website. I hope you're able to find someone with manners to help in your office.

Love the location and staff! I can always get my child in for a sick visit with no problem! For this particular sick visit, I actually made the appointment online at 2:30am and the process was a breeze! And when I got to the office and signed in, we only had to wait one minute before being called!

They have good doctors and nurses, but you can never get through to anyone on the phones. I shouldn't have to call for 20 mins and still not get anyone. Also their schedules fill up in the first 5 minutes of the appointment slots being opened in the mornings and afternoons. It's crazy. After not being able to get my kids in for a sick visit 3 times in a row I changed doctors.

I love it here. I know my kids are getting the best care. We primarily see Dr. Chu 2 daughters and Dr. Morrison son but when it's last minute we will see who ever is available. The nurses are awesome and also Love the ladies up front as well.

Staff is wonderful, have been seeing them for years. Dr. Chu is great with my kids, she follows up personally with problems. She has helped my child with ADHD, that is so hard to find. Thank you Oconee Pediatrics!!
