My last visit was amazing i went in for pregnancy care and when i tell you nurse Nick and Doctor Scott took great care of me the were very reassuring, understandable, caring. I can go on and on. I really appreciate you staff like this because we need more of these 2 in a hospital setting. Oh let me mention it was very busy but they were still attentive
Dr. Walker-Blake took EXCEPTIONAL care of me. I am thinking about switching over to Piedmont for my care as the doctors treat chronically disease patients so difficulty..it's ALWAYS a luck of the draw what doctors sign up for you to antagonize you. Some understand your situation.
Five stars for getting us in and out in less than 2 hours! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! 5 stars for our nurse and doctor both women! Seen on 5/5 at about 3:30PM. Both ladies are Professional and knowledgeable! Oh, our X-ray technician was amazing too! Security was cool too! Thank you for helping retrieve the wheel chair! Oh, we came in through another entrance, Miss Lady at that desk was awesome! Thank you for calling someone to help me with the wheel chair! Thank you!!! Front check in was not it! Fire her! The next spot that checked my son blood pressure was not it! Fire both ladies! You ladies need to take a vacation! My son also noticed the ladies unprofessionalism!
The reviews definitely had me skeptical about coming here but I took a chance and I’m glad that I did. Everyone I encountered were friendly and professional. My ER doctor was Dr. Cooper, and my nurse was Stephanie. All of the ER nurses helped and checked on me as well. You can basically say I was in and out, my visit was quick and painless. I was placed in a room quickly and the hospital from what I saw was clean. I think people need to understand that like any other place in this day and age the hospital is probably short handed and overwhelmed at times. So be patient or go somewhere else
My stepson got hurt and his experience was BETTER than my previous one. Joshua was AWESOME so helpful to NP. Susan Dupree and she was WONDERFUL
I had my son drive me to the ER today because I was having seizures. After we walked into the emergency room there they said the didn’t see patients and directed me elsewhere. I will never use any Piedmont hospital again.
I was nervous from the reviews, but when I went I immediately realized that they would be working fast. I got very fast care and all the staff were very respectful and caring. Overall a very helpful place I went in and out.
If I could give them zero stars I would. They got us in triage pretty quickly and asked us some questions. Our newborn was having deep stomach breathing and a runny nose. Then, the triage doctor proceeded to be incredibly unprofessional with his comments. After that, we were told to go to a waiting room. Come to find out, we weren't in the right waiting room because we were told to go to the wrong place. We finally get into a room about an hour later. Then , it takes an hour for them to come give the baby a work up. The doctor decided to give the baby an xray. That took another hour. Now we have been here for just under 4 hours and the doctor has still not come in. We asked about time considering it was 68 degrees in the room and the baby is 10 days old and we were told that there was nothing they could do. They gave us a blanket which did not help with the cold cheeks and nose. Ido not recommend. If you have a problem, especially with a newborn. Don't expect them to care or worry.
Came in around 10am with my dad and he was seen not long after. The ER doctor on staff was Vernetta and she was so attentive. We had to wait because there was some research needed, but she kept us informed the entire time. Experiences in the ER are not always this good, so I want to at least acknowledge the staff working on Saturday September 24th from about 10:00am - 6pm. Thank you for taking care of my dad!
We went to urgent care because my husband, wasn feeling good and they send us to this hospital it wasn’t a choice. As soon as we get there the lobby who’s supposed name is Kim or kym. Was acting rude and so mean we just went for an ultrasound and she make everything so In a bad for not sayin the uncomfortable we were feeling at the time.
