I requested hhc. Piedmont called on 6/1/23. Darlene was awesome. Stated Angelina would call over weekend. She did at 7:49 Sunday evening . Coming at 10:30-11:00 next morning at 11:29 she called was here 10 minutes later she came in. Talked about ot, pt and what we needed. She called6/7 stating go to hospital. I have called left messages. Called main # no the bestservice. for Elders. Not my first rodeo with home health care. Be blessed.

My sister went in at 2:15pm on Saturday because she was bleeding while pregnant. They had us wait till 4:58 while she was having a miscarriage. They took her blood and said the results would be in, in 45 mins. They said the urine sample results would take 15mins. She sat on a bed in the hall because they were full. Then at 6:51pm she got a vaginal exam. The women said she could show us the screen or reveal the result. The doctor would have to. I left and cam back at 8:40, they had just moved her in a room. No one had brought her the results or anything. I made them come out there and give her the result and a pelvic exam. They was suppose to do the pelvic exam around5 anyway. They told her, her HCG level was 279 and in Monday to schedule a doctor appointment to see if the levels would double. Monday we spoke to herOBGYN and they were pissed and called the hospital to find out why the refuse to tell my sister she was having a miscarriage and why they sent her home. This hospital refused to break any bad news and lied. I don't care it's your job to tell us the truth.
