Had an outpatient quick surgery to remove two lipomas in my arm- was in and out of the office in under and hour. He was so careful and so calming and reassuring. Coming from someone with health anxiety, so thankful for him. I’d definitely recommend him tenfold

Dr Rosser is a caring man and an AWESOME Surgeon that cares for his patients! He explained everything in detail before my Husband’s surgery so we felt very relaxed after talking with him!! Dr. Rosser is absolutely the best surgeon in Statesville. He has taken my gallbladder out and just recently did a mastectomy with lymph node removal and as usual explained to us at the consult what all to expect and explained why it had to be done. He’s very compassionate and cares about his patients. I really like the way he spends time with you talking with you in detail about the surgery and even brings in pictures of what he will be operating on. If anyone is nervous about any type of surgery or if it’s your first time having surgery I highly recommend Dr. Rosser. You will not be disappointed and when you get out of his office on the consult day you will know what to expect both surgery and recovery.

Dr. Rosser removed my gallbladder last week. I was very comfortable with him and his staff. They were wonderful. He kept me informed and walked me through everything that would happen play by play. I highly recommend him to anyone who is nervous or concerned about surgery. He will tell you the truth....and then take good care of you.

I want to thank you and your awesome nurses and staff,I myself was a nurse for 12 years and I’ve never seen a team as this,in post op staff was busy and DR Rosser took me to the bathroom before surgery and was very Thorough about the prosedures and very knowledgeable.I also have never experienced a DR to pray for you before the Procedures.I would recommend DR Rosser to anyone! Dr Rosser is an amazing surgeon and a godly man. He removed my gallbladder in 2017 and then performed bilateral mastectomies on my mom this year. We trust him with our lives. I would highly recommend him. His office staff is also awesome!

Hands down the best surgeon I've ever dealt with. I would highly recommend him to anyone. His office staff is always very friendly and helpful which is another reason I give a 5 star rating. He has the best bedside manner of any surgeon I've dealt with.
