I've worn hearing aids for 10 years and three of those have been with Piedmont Hearing and Balance Center. They're great people. I've had a few emergencies and they've seen me immediately. Whether it's needing supplies or services, they are always there. Dr. Rogers is personable and knowledgeable and always a pleasure to see. Dr. Richardson is kind and gentle with endless knowledge. The staff is wonderful as well. I'd recommend them to anyone.

For about ten years now I have been a patient of Piedmont HealthCare - Ear, Nose, & Throat. Dr. Richardson has been a faithful guide in my quest for hearing enhancement. I visit every six months and he checks and cleans my hearing aids thoroughly and answers any questions I might have. He also keeps me up to date on any new options that have come to up since my last visit. He and his staff are more than just professionals. They are friends.

I have been going to this practice for a little over 8 years now. Dr. Richardson is just the best!! His staff is also awesome. He has always gone above and beyond to make sure that not only did I have the perfect hearing aids for me but was immediately there for me when I had an emergency issue with one of them. Highly recommend this practice.

No long wait times. Quick in and out. Hearing aids have been great so far.

The office staff is very nice and I really enjoyed getting to see Dr. Richardson. He was very good and helping me and getting my hearing aids fixed just right!

This is my personal experience, I had my tonsils removed by Dr Landau. As far as surgery went I’m healing. For the aftercare portion this is the worst I have ever been treated by a medicinal professional. Dr landau was very rude and demeaning because I was having ear pain to where I wasn’t able to sit through a pressure test with my left side and he came in the room noticeably angry and continued on to tell me children let them do the test all the time and that I shouldn’t be having ear pain his manner of telling me this was like scolding a child and I’m not a child nor will I be disrespected this way ever again. I could not believe the unprofessionalism I experienced here just by him. The desk clerks were very kind anytime I had called with questions. I should have recorded what happened but it’s to late now and I won’t be returning.

Dr. Natilli did my daughters surgery! Her staff and her are amazing. I highly reccomend her. She goes over everything and takes her time explaining. If you have a young child who needs a ear nose and throat dr she is your person!!

Dr. Richardson takes the time to diagnose your hearing problem, explain to you how best to address the issue, and provides excellent hearing aids and support. He spends time with his clients and is genuinely interested in helping you improve your hearing and quality of life. Highly recommend!
