I give 3 stars, because I do love the providers. However, the front staff never answer phone calls and never return voicemails.

No one answers the phone, keep getting messages to leave a voicemail, tried to cancel 48 hours prior to appointment and no one calls back after message is left. 2 months later someone calls and say "you were a no show and we can't schedule you for appointments anymore but sorry it took us 2 months to call you back." Separate doctor appointment, get a automated appointment reminder that cuts off and tried to call back to confirm date and time as and yet again "leave a message and do not leave multiple messages as this delays response." But never get a call back and therefore can't show up to appointment because of this. Call these different offices at 8am, which is when they open and still no one answers the phone and all you get is "leave a message." Do not use Piedmont Healthcare.

Very unprofessional. They refuse to answer the phone on any given day. Half of the time they do not return phone calls and if they do it’s at the very end of the day right before they close.
