The worst experience every in the States. Was referred to this place and called to scheduel an appointment a week later. However, whoever on the phone record the wrong date and put me on the same day 2 week later. When I actually come to the place at schedueled day, no one told me that it was wrong date, and saw the doctor. The doctor told me that there will be a ct scan appointment to be scheduled. After this I got the email of confirmation of the appointment and I thought it is for the CT so I come to the place as the confirmation email. All the receptionists were super rude and did not addmit that it was their fault to schedule the wrong dates and blame everything on the system and me. The wrost customer service ever, no apologies or any explanation but accusing me of being rude when I did not even says anything that was closely to being rude. I can't even imagine a wrose experience of getting care.
We met Dr. Woods today for the first time. She was wonderful breath of fresh air. I have never been to an appointment that I did not have a question afterward. Well today was a first for me. I did not have ONE single question. She went over everything slowly, very detail oriented, and stayed on our level. My husband was very impressed with her. It takes a lot to impress him! She made sure we knew the next steps in the process and how our relationship with her as our DR would continue. The staff was great too. Very friendly, very outgoing. They made sure we felt comfortable while we waited in the lobby. As soon as we checked in we were being called back. The entire appointment was great. Going to the DR is never pleasant, or at least for the most part. However, today we were very happy and taken back with how smoothly everything went. I was joking around saying, that based on the questions they asked my husband, I felt like I should have been seen as well. Well the nurse passed that on to Dr. Woods. and she agreed to see me as well during the same visit. How nice was that....she did not have to do that, but she made it work. Once again everything revolved around the patients and what made it better for us. So thank you to the entire team at your office. We are very happy that we are going to be coming back. Best neurologist around!!! I live out of town now and I refuse to find another neurologist as good as Dr. Shah! Been going to him for years now and he has cured my migraines! Went from 3-4 migraines a week to only maybe 2 a month!!
I have been a patient at this office for over 8 years & I have never had a bad experience from office staff, nurses, PA, or the Dr!! Everyone has be so kind & compassionate with whatever has been going on in my life. I have had horrible migraines all my life & each of them have gone out of their way to make me feel like I was the only patient that day! If something wasn’t working medicine wise we talked it out & we found something that did! I thank God above for this wonderful staff each time I go in because they care so much & make me feel like family! Blessing over each of them! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!
Was recommended to this office by ortho because I was in a pretty bad car crash and have been having really bad dizziness and seeing spots, very lightheaded when I stand and it's becoming worse. Well I get a call and was told they had a cancelation and could I come in the next day. Granted I am not allowed to drive so I had to get my friend to take me. I online check in while on the way. We get there almost 20mins early, I give the receptionist my name and am told to have a seat. Maybe 5mins later the receptionist asks to speak to me, i get up go over and I am told we were unaware that you were in a car accident and Dr. Woods and his mid level have declined to see you. Ok I am sure my Dr let you know why I was coming in, well it's at the discretion of the Dr. Oh ok. I am using my own insurance so what's the problem. It's at our discretion. I was so upset and to be honest I have remained very positive and this killed my positive attitude. I see why this place has so many negative reviews and so many cancellations. Even when I called my recommending Dr and explained what happened bc she said you are supposed to be there now, i said oh I was there early and was told that they would not see me. She said well that is a first, I've never heard of that. So people avoid this office. Obviously they don't like to make sure people don't have serious conditions or make sure they stand by the oath that they took.
Dr Shah is the absolute best. He takes his time and listens to you. One of my best doctors.
My appointment was for 3:30pm. I got off work early and call to see if I could go ahead and come in for an earlier visit. They put me on hold to talk with the Dr. They told me yes go ahead and come in so I got there at 2pm. I waited in the waiting room all the way until my appointment time which was 3:30pm. I asked them why I was told to come in if they could not fit me in early. I was told “well we don’t guarantee that you can get seen early”.
Office staff was great, PA was a nightmare.
Doctors and staff are excellent!
