Piedmont Healthcare Ultrasound

I just had my 2nd mammogram done at PHC & again, the experience was great! From the online check in process, to the sweet front check in staff, my amazing tech who was so kind & did her best to help me feel at ease & as comfortable as possible considering it's a very unpleasent test to go through - I give it 10 STARS! They give us ladies a very soft pink robe, the changing room is heated and beautifully decorated to ease the patient & I was even gifted a cute little pink gift bag full of goodies to take home! They make you feel special and appreciated & that is why I will go nowhere else! You can't go wrong having your mammograms done at PHC Imaging!

I would stay away. Uncaring staff, rushing through tests, and not even scanning everything on the doctors' orders so they could huddle around the computer and order their lunch. This tech didn't even finish scanning me before turning off the ultrasound and calling it done. I had to request she scan the appropriate area to which she sighs, rolls her eyes, and turns the machine back on. She swipes it across quickly and says, done. Just... wow! Her entire communication from start to finish, "sighs." People should also request itemized printed billing. Mine was paid in full, charges get added without an explanation, just a "sum owed." I will never ever ever go here again. It's no wonder they missed two of my husband's medical issues, one of my mother-in-laws and probably mine now. I will get a new scan somewhere else in the hope they actually care enough to properly scan using the correct image settings, care and time to address the obvious visual and physical abnormalities that "did not show" on this ultrasound.

My first experience with this office, and I have zero complaints. The front desk staff were very helpful and the MRI staff were top notch. They made me feel very welcome, and calm!

I have had x-rays, CT scans, complex MRIs and bone density test at this new facility. Since they relocated a few years ago, this facility has become a complete joy to visit. The office workers and technicians are all gracious and happy and willing to help in anyway they can. Statesville is lucky to have such a magnificent facility providing such a wide range of services, not to mention it is in the same building with the urgent care center. I have not visited urgent care but I’m certainly complementing the imaging center as being a fantastic facility .

The new facility is beautiful, but more importantly, all of the employees are gracious and extremely helpful. I have been going to Piedmont Heathcare Imaging Center for years and have never had anything but positive experiences.

Went to get a copy of my report. Person at desk said it was "illegal" to release it until the doctoe had "signed off" on it...which was a total lie. HIPPA says they have to give me a copy, they just don't HAVE to give it to me right awsy. PHC uses records to control patients and what doctors they do or don't ser.

I was trying to call and get my records but I couldn't get through, it is an awful system with just animated voice and choices, no help at all . Its very frustrating.

Very prifessional and very nice, i felt very comfortable there.
