TRACY RUBELL worked in the fashion industry for 15 years until she could no longer stand on her feet. She suffered from terrible neck pain, tension headaches and low back issues. After trying everything else, she gave Pilates a chance. Not only did Tracy fall in love with Pilates, her pain was gone and she loved how her body was transforming. Tracy received her diploma at Pilates Sports Center in California. Tracy helps clients with injuries, clients who need to regain core stability after pregnancy, and anyone who just wants to transform his/her body. Clients appreciate her upbeat personality and the ability to make them work harder than they thought possible.
