I recently joined this Pilates studio and I have to say hands down they are so professional and nice. The equipment is the top of the line as well as the instructors. They are all well trained and knowledgeable. I would recommend this studio to everyone. I am so happy I found it.

I worked out at Body & Core Pilates for two months during our winter stay in West Palm Beach recently. I’m not one who likes to train with the “chain” studios so I decided to find a local small place to work out at and found this gem of a place. Having practiced Pilates for seven years and I’m no spring chicken I found their equipment to be top notch and updated. Even more so, I felt the staff, especially Cyndi, to be professional and well trained as teachers and made the workouts not only beneficial but fun as well. The exercises were varied so that it was never dull or routine. They were in tune to anyone that may have any physical limitations or ailments and were able to advise on making adjustments so that the workout was comfortable enough. I highly recommend Body & Core Pilates for anyone starting out or the seasoned veteran of Pilates. Now if they could only open another location in the Chicago area I would be happier.

I love this studio! The instructors are so knowledgeable. The equipment is all new and clean. Red cord and core align is a really fun way to mix up workouts. Definitely don't hesitate to try this studio. They cater to all levels of ability.

I am extremely happy with this studio.  The instructors are excellent and very attentive to each client.  The management and staff are extremely helpful and very accommodating.  Very friendly staff and just an all around great place to practice Pilates, which I love.

I've been going to Body and Core Pilates for over 12 years! Thanks to Bernie, I continue to feel strong and fit, and I know he's helped me avoid all sorts of occupational aches and pains.  I am updating this review from 6 years ago! I continue to go to Body and Core Pilates - coming up on 18 years now! I am convinced that my regular sessions keep me strong, improve my posture and fight the natural changes stiffness, loss of balance. Loss of posture and agility of aging. Thanks Bernie!

I just finished another great session at Body and Core Pilates.  My training started seven years ago, and today, at age 76, I have a strong, heathy body to show for it.  I've worked with several different trainers along the line and have appreciated the time and attention each have paid to proper body form and to the safe use of the equipment.  If you are willing to listen, to learn and to work with intention, you will enjoy your workout and find a loving, caring environment at Body and Core Pilates.

I’ve been taking the Stott method Pilates for about twelve years and after and absence of two years from any excercise just returned. I had an illness and an injury.  I go to the studio twice a week, Cindy is very friendly is aware of my situation to ensure I’m not trying to do more than I should. I like that even though I’m a veteran she still comes around and does gently remind you of little corrections to your form so you are getting the most out of each exercise. They do teach a different style of Pilates but I’m getting used to it and look forward to the classes and the progress I’ve already made in the short time I’ve been going.

Great studio and instructors!  I've been practicing Pilates, Red Cord and Core Align here for the past 3 years and I highly recommend it!  Just had a great tower class with Deanna this morning!

Cynthia is amazing. So professional and very easy to work with. The one hour training session goes by so fast. Very enjoyable experience. The place is nice and clean and a true pleasure to enjoy a workout.

I have taken 3 different classes at Body & Core Pilates and worked with 3 of the instructors there. Each time my instructor Bernie Nelson, Cole Ramsdell and Lorraine Klepacki was 100% professional and each class was well worth my time and money.  Each instructor moved through the routine they were teaching on time and with a thorough understanding of what they were trying to get each of us to do - and yet, at the same time, were able to work with anyone who needed individual attention or was doing an exercise incorrectly without letting it disrupt the entire class.  If you are serious about getting into shape, recovering from an injury or just staying in shape, you should strongly consider Pilates. it is one of the best ways you can get your body into balance and get healthy, and then keep it there.  And when you do and you are looking for the most professional, best studio in the Palm Beach Gardens / North Palm Beach area, I recommend you go see Bernie Nelson and his wonderful group of highly-trained professionals at Body & Core Pilates.
