What a popular spot! This particular Pilot location gets a lot of traffic. There's a casino attached but it's also a popular intersection. We visited on a weekday afternoon and there were a lot of visitors. We had to wait for an available gas pump and it doesn't help when people get the gas and then go shop inside. The store is clean as are the bathrooms. The staff is polite as well.
This was such a nice pilot. Everyone was really nice and helpful. The Arby’s has really good food and service. Sam was definitely extra helpful and amazing. Great experience and if we are ever back in Louisiana I would definitely come back.
Clean parking lot and inside the store as well. Friendly staff . Quick service. Showers were great. Clean, great water pressure and hot as you want it.
A very welcoming morning staff . Well stocked,pretty clean ,cold drinks and hot coffee . Safe place to park your truck and sleep at night . . . Restaurant . Arby’s . Casino . Clean & hot water showers .
I am used to a higher standard at Pilot gas stations. This place looks like a .... hole. Concrete is broken, pumps are old and dirty. The bottoms on credit machine are gross. The inside store is just old looking but bathrooms are not that clean. All the caulking around urinals is patched weird way; caulking around sinks has mildew on it. Staff friendly but i wouldn't visit this gas station again.
I love stopping here and getting breakfast or lunch off their buffet! The staff is always helpful. this visit Six Footah went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. even right down to napkins. Best part was her taking the time out of her busy work to share some well needed wisdom. That lifted my spirits and encoraged me. Of which will not be forgotten. Thank you so much and I'll see ya next trip through. If you decide to stop in here make sure to say hi to Six Footah for me
First time here. The pumps were up and running unlike some other reviewers who had issues during their visit. Parking lot didn't have garbage everywhere but it smelled like urine. I think to prevent this Pilot needs to get it high power washed frequently. It's the truck drivers who make it filthy! Shower was clean but could have used a bit more clean detail and store was clean as well. Employees were very hospitable and friendly. We got plates from under their heat lamps. Chicken, meatloaf, pot roast, mash and gravy with green beans. They were delicious, fresh and worth $9.99 per plate. There is an Arby's and a Casino attached to it and a Waffle House across the street from it.
I guess African Americans get served last here. I was in the very front and Jennifer looked pass me and helped the Caucasian ladies with pizza. I asked for a manager and Bonnie came out the back from eating and said well we look over people all the time. I guess I didn’t need the pizza anyway because flies were swarming around on it
Two words: meat pies. So good. Usually pretty fresh. They actually didn't have any when I went on Sunday, but that's okay. Still so delicious. Pizza is pretty good too.
I wasn't expecting to run into such a soft spoken, kind, intelligent & one who possesses the ability to easily deal with difficult people. 6 footer, as she goes by, was a true surprise to run into. She is quite an asset to your establishment. If she's not a mgr, she definitely has what it takes to operate in that capacity. Keep up the great work.
