Ive lived here 3 years, everyone pretty much keeps to themselves around here unless they give you a friendly hand wave or head nod. The weekends can be busy and eventful and the summer time is always a great time to be here. Theres a pool for the family and close friends And the rent is reasonable as well. Don't think you can find a better deal anywhere else that includes electric water and trash. This place is for you! For the people!
Slum Lord does nothing he promises, never answers the phone never calls back, I have had issue after issue with this dump of a camper he sold me, told me he would have the floor replaced, never did, roof was leaking, he would not fix, I've been here for 5 months now a he refuses to get me a mailbox, isn't it illegal to not give people their mail... Not worth the hassle to live here! Also we are with out running water almost once a week, never know when you'll have water!!!!
This place is being demolished. Yogi bear bought this property.
Pine Haven , is s great campground. The whole family can enjoy. Close to the Delaware Bay, and only 15 miles from the ocean.
Clean park people actually are friendly. Everyone I saw walking their dog was carrying a poop bag.
Campground is unkept and run down but people who camp there are very friendly.
