Never a bad experience at Sunflower! From the tellers to the branch manager, the employees are always friendly and helpful. They remember me and my children, and make banking personal. We use Sunflower for our personal accounts as well as for our PTA and Girl Scout accounts.
I came in to a local branch of Sun Flower Bank and talked to Melody Terry. She was super nice, and professional. She helped me with all my needs that I needed. I would definitely refer Melody Terry to anyone

The staff at this bank are amazing, always accomodating and always going above and beyond. I actually moved away after a few years of banking at this branch and I refuse to leave the bank because of their staff. The branch manager and assistant Manager will take care of you like you are their only customer. the rest of the staff is always caring and willing to give you that personalized service.

You lock my bank account without my knowledge and don't answer your phones. Makes 0 sense and I'm an hour away from the closest branch.
I drove across town to cash a check from a friend who banks here. The bank charged me $8 because I do not have an account with Pioneer Bank a bank with only 2 locations in DFW. If the purpose is to attract new customers who live 20+ miles away from the nearest location, they are not doing themselves any favors. The woman at the counter was very polite and courteous.
