My experience with the doctors has always been great. But I think they should put up privacy fence to muffle the protesters. No woman who has had a miscarriage or lost a child should have to endure those protesters screaming, "Your baby has a heartbeat" when they're going in for an annual exam. It's just cruel and abusive. That's not free speech. The escorts are always sweet and protective. But I always end up crying when I'm there and after I leave because of the protesters. And just for annual care, because my male doctor "doesn't do women's health".

Please change your hours to the accurate times. I came to get my meds refilled because the site and note on door says you're open on Saturdays until 4:30pm, and you're closed. This isn't the first time either. Can't imagine how problematic it's been for others.

The only women's health clinic in Bloomington in which you can be seen in 1-2 weeks versus months at IU Health women's offices. They have always been kind, competent, and taken great care of me. Their website is also very informative and they have a great live chat feature where a health professional can answer individual questions you may have about any type of problem or symptom you may be experiencing. Thank you PP for all that you do for women in our community!

They cancelled my appointment twice the day before or the day of my appointments and then couldn't get me in for another week and a half, even though I made it clear both times it was time sensitive. They also didn't officially cancel my first appointment so I kept getting messages about missing my appointment. Their website didn't work for online appointments for 3 days and my phone calls have been dropped three times when trying to make an appointment over the phone. I don't know what's going on with this office but I've never had this much difficulty or stress when making a doctor's appointment. Unacceptable level of care even before I got to the clinic.

I’ve been to this location a few times and have had some good experiences as well as one very annoying one. For the most part they have been respectful, kind, and understanding. I got prescribed birth control through them and when I needed to request a refill from the doctor the pharmacy placed this request. When the prescriber at PP didn’t respond for two business days I decided to give them a call to see if I needed personally call. When I finally got ahold of the prescriber I was placed on the phone with her assistant, I could hear her asking her assistant to ask me certain questions and I could hear the attitude in her voice. The assistant also seemed very confused and it seems she was awkwardly put in the situation. I just feel like it would have been more professional of the doctor to speak to me personally. They did end up saying they would approve me to get one months supply of BC but it still hasn’t been done, it’s now been 2 more business days. I honestly cannot say that this has been my experience every time I’ve gone which is why I gave it three stars. Most of the staff is truly lovely, I won’t however be back because I don’t feel comfortable when health care providers have a bad attitude.

Everytime I go here the staff is so friendly, helpful and caring! They have taught me things about my health and explain things so well with 0 judgement. I go here or any other PP any time I can because they genuinely care about you in all aspects. The only downside is the anti-choicers who stand outside even when they're not open, weirdos and sometimes talk to you while going in, they are not mean about it but it personally makes me angry them just being outside, but I know PP cannot do anything about it and they make the inside safe and secure from them!

Needed some healthcare that I could afford without insurance. I am a student, I am broke, this clinic allowed me to get tests and medication. Great option for anyone. Great asset to our community.

Worst place to go they are rude they don't help you. I went there today to get my birth control implant taking out. Started given me the run around. That's where I got it put in. Worst service. They wouldn't check she my insurance pay for. Kept saying probably got find a place that's takes your insurance. Lol.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. They are awesome!

Incredible staff, every single one answered any questions I had even if they had to go ask someone else. Thank you for a great experience!
