Play Street Museum Frisco

About

Play Street is a children's museum created to inspire imaginations through dramatic play and encourage exploration through educational activities.

"Play Street Museum is an interactive children’s museum purposefully designed to encourage a young child’s sense of independence, exploration, and creativity.By narrowing the focus of our museums to the interests and imaginations of children eight and under, young explorers will discover educational exhibits and activities in a world specifically crafted just for them.Because of our deliberate and manageable scale, children are able to self navigate throughout the museum to engage deeply in activities that they are most interested and passionate about. This freedom reinforces independence in the child and also has the benefit of creating a more relaxed and accommodating museum experience for the caregiver."

We love Play Street Plano!! This location is always clean & organized. Staff was sanitizing during and after our reserved playtime. They had lots of fun activities like painting a bucket hat, the slime lab, & pottery painting. The hour and a half is a perfect amount of time for us to play. We also love that each location is a different theme- how fun!
My toddler had a wonderful time here and the staff was beyond friendly. The woman I spoke to spent her time explaining how things worked and what the rules were and spent her time walking around cleaning up and organizing after the kiddos. The place was spotless and the bathrooms were wonderful for having to change two small children. My ONLY complaint is that there was no adult seating whatsoever. It was hard to find a spot to sit with my newborn baby that wasn’t the size of a small child’s chair. I do prefer this location to the Murphy location but I wish they had seating for adults.
Such a fun place for littles to explore. My boys had a blast this morning. Staff was very friendly and engaging. We’ll be back.
We visited for the first time during a birthday party and my kiddos had so much fun!! Definitely a place where your kiddos can use their imagination, and have a ton of fun playing. The floor plan is very open so you can see your child at any PlayStation no matter where you stand/sit. The person who was working tonight was really kind, acknowledged us promptly when we walked in and was helpful throughout the event. We will definitely be back to play again!
Buyer beware. Booked a birthday party months in advance for my daughter. Realized we had a cousin with a party on the same day. We requested a cancellation a week or two after booking and were told no. I asked for a signed contract that said no refunds multiple times and have yet to receive one. The owner reached out and said she would consider a refund if I met her for a coffee. Weird. No thanks Will have to fight this with the credit card company. All I needed was a refund so that we could figure out dates and make sure this location had a time available for us. Do not recommend. We requested a refund with more than enough notice for this business to rebook the party. Bad business practices.
This is a great indoor play place for kids. It’s neat and clean. The staff was very friendly. My 4 year old son had a great time. We spent 3 hrs there. It’s worth for $12. We can choose one snack and one drink from there. We will definitely come back
Total confusion. My wife brought my daughter there today around 2:15 and was told by staff they are still cleaning up from previous session. She returned later around 2:40pm and played until 4pm before the staff told her to leave so they can start cleaning up for the next session. Not sure why they were asked to wait outside instead of the lobby or bench area inside where it's cooler. She told me 2-3 other moms and kids sat on the bench outside...I'm guessing waiting to go back in.
I liked that it was not crowded, and for the space , there was quite more to do than i expected. It was so much fun for my little one.Visited onWeekdayWait time1 hr+Reservation recommendedYes
Familiar with Play Street Museum from living in DFW area in years past. It is great outlet to let young kids play creatively and experience themes out the normal daily routine. Reservations can be made on for a 2 hour time slot, but you can also call ahead and check to see if you can be a walk in. My 7 and 5 year old really enjoyed the Plano outdoor theme so much we came two days in a row while visiting the area from out of town. The boat, cabins, and tubes that circulate air that shoot out what appears to be scarfs were big hits. Each paying child gets a wooden token redeemable for a snack when you leave. This location and I’m sure the others offer painting, paint your own pottery.extra cost, and make your own slime extra cost. Also, kids over 8 get in free with purchase of admission for child under 8. I would hugely recommend to others to visit this location and the others as well!
This was my first time at play street and we had a blast, the lady working kept walking around cleaning and made sure everyone was okay. It was super busy but it was kept very tidy which made it easy for the kids to play. We will definitely be back! Thank you! Lauren J Skitt 5 stars!
