I only give this 2 stars because the employees are nice. Otherwise it’d be 1 star. Twice in the last couple months I have packages that were supposed to arrive according to the tracking and didn’t. The first time the person working said the package was heavy and the driver probably just didn’t want to deliver it. It wasn’t that heavy. I easily carried it out of the post office myself. The second time the tracking said my package was to be delivered the day prior and it never showed up. When I went to the post office they couldn’t find it and guessed it hadn’t arrived at their faculty yet even though tracking said it had. While I was there 2 other people were looking for packages because they got a notice of missed delivery attempt despite they were both home all day. I didn’t ever have these issues at our previous address.
Completely incompetent. They've given registered mail to the wrong address and had that person sign, routinely give me someone else's Amazon packages, deliver my packages to the wrong box, and return other people's packages after I drop them off at the post office. It's embarrassing how poorly this complex is managed. The people who work the front desk do not care about service. For Christ's sake they've lost medications in the mail.
Mail not delivered for three days and no communications on why or how often it will be delivered. On day 4 went and picked up my mail, excuse was lack of staffing.
They lost my package at their office and I never heard back from them. I know they do the best they can, but no follow up whatsoever and no taking responsibility for my lost parcel has caused me to lose trust in this office entirely.
Place was quick and easy. Showed the lady my form and ID and got my package in like 2 minutes.
This Place is absolutely bizarre! Mailed off an important letter on December 9th and the package still has not arrived! WTH is going on with these people not doing their jobs and losing peoples important mail? I am looking at these reviews and they're horrible! No customer service is the new customer service! Can we get a zero to nothing star rating?
Horrible! I am disabled & have begged this post office to deliver my packages instead of keeping them at the post office since December of 2020 it's now January of 2022. The post office is in such a secluded area that I can rarely get to. So my packages are returned to sender. It's so frustrating that I'm on the verge of tears. I've filled out the proper paperwork & sent in a doctor's note 4 separate times. I don't know what else to do.
Watched on my ring camera the USPS mailman throw my package onto my front step. Not just tossed but thrown. Contained bottles. Thanks USPS! This was from Amazon and wish it would have been their driver. Much more careful.
Worst post office ever. We’ve had several issues with them saying packages were delivered when they weren’t. They messed up our mail forwarding and name change and we still haven’t been able to resolve after many months. They never answer the phone. If you go in person, they aren’t helpful at all. They say they will call about the lost packages and never do. Terrible
A package worth over $300 cannot be found without even leaving the post office, and there is no other compensation or response
