Bill and all of the staff were amazing with helping me to weigh all of my wedding invitations to get the correct stamps and even hand cancelled each letter for me! They were friendly the entire time and made me feel comfortable with putting the invites through the mail!
On June 29, 2022, two males and one female went out of their way to help my baby and I to get a document mailed certified. Each is these service providers were friendly, professional, and helpful willing to be helpful!. I am thankful that persons of this type of high caliber still exist! Thank you all for being so kind and helpful to my baby and I.
I wasn't able to get the names of the ladies who were working on Saturday 01/22, but they were great with customer service: quick yet a thorough job! There were a few customers who were giving them a hard time for the smallest of reasons. Their complaints were out of the ladies' control. You can tell one of the ladies was training and yet she still kept her composure. Whatever your guys' name is, yall are amazing! Will be coming back and will be recommending this place to others!
Very helpful staff and a good location. Busy post office however.
The employees at this location are great but the self-serve kiosk is horrible. The touchscreen is non-responsive the credit card machine barely works. They should probably invest some time and money into the machine that is SUPPOSED to make things easier and faster.
Have needed help twice and got no effort and zero help from the front desk. I had a package marked fragile that had a hole clear thru it It was filled with broken glass but it seems like it is my problem. In the past we had a "lost" package that had been sitting on the back shelf for a month. We have other people's mail delivered to us and find mail in the street twice so far this month. The mail always smells like it has been in a smoke house. No stars
We ship thousands of dollars worth of postage per month. We have a hard time getting our packages picked up from our local USPS mail serice so we drive to this post office. It's a little out of the way but the service here is worth it. The people at this branch are always the nicest and most helpful. Keep up the good work!
Shipped a package on July 28th from Sioux City, IA where I live full of gifts for my niece that I bought from Adventureland Park in Altoona, IA. I had it package intercepted to this location that is only about a 5-minute drive from where my brother mainly lives, only because he was going out of town to stay at some secondary residence of his own for the weekends and would be back here for the weekdays and vice-versa. Yesterday on August 1st, I received an e-mail informing me that my package was being sent back to me and that it went past its 15-day deadline for pickup. What?! That’s not even 15 days yet. Horrible crew working here. They need to re-train this crew and get their jobs done right.
The first and best way to run a business into the ground is to lay out the capital for a piece of prime real estate and then NOT have the doors open during the times of highest customer demand/need. Second, be rude to the customs trying to access the store. Yep, that would finish off any business not subsidized by the government.
I went to another post office first simply because it was closer to work, but they didn't have any money orders and told me this post office was an option. It was such a quick, easy, and pleasant experience once I got here that I'll be coming here from now on. The lady who helped me was a gem!
